Taste good but a little sour
My son likes the blueberry but he said it was a little sour taste. These have the perfect combination of vitamins and minerals.

These actually work amazing for my children!
This product is great! I was using melatonin and switched over to these because I didn’t want to give my children melatonin all the time! My son used to wake up tossing and turning every two hours, he now sleeps 6-8 hours without waking up once! My daughter also used to come into our room in the middle of the night and since using these she has sleep in her bed til she’s up for the day! They also both love the taste and get excited to take one at night! Highly recommend these!

One of the few kids magnesium’s that offered magnesium other then citrate
It’s so hard to find a magnesium for kids other then citrate, and I was so excited when I found this one! Unfortunately the taste is sour and my kid found it too sour (I tried it and it is sour). If you’ve ever considered a different flavor, my vote is yes! I still made her take them every day lol

They work for calm and focus
I give once to my kids in the am and again at dinner time. I definitely notice a difference in their after dinner energy spike-it’s more mellowed. Teachers have seen better focus and calm during the day. One of my kids is on the spectrum and there is a decrease in his stimming and increase in attending-when taken for at least a week straight. Have them on subscription, love them

Beware your flavor choice. Grape is great, blueberry is a sensory nightmare??
I have neurodivergent kids with very specific sensory issues. They both enjoyed the grape flavor that came in thin, compacted wafers shaped like stars, triangles, and squares. I accidentally bought blueberry this time, and the tablets are bizarre. Big, wide, powdery, bright blue, and they have some weird sort of chemical reaction that makes them taste hot as you chew them--as in, they heat up in your mouth. Both kids hate them and refuse to eat them. So, Grape = 5, Blueberry = 0. HOW IS THIS EVEN THE SAME PRODUCT???

Terrible taste and color
I could probably get past the incredibly sour/bitter taste if it wasn’t for the blue color. It stains my mouth blue. I took it at bedtime and even after flossing, brushing, and rinsing multiple times i still woke up with a blue mouth. Stopped taking them.

5 year old loves!
We got the blueberry raspberry flavor and my son loves the smell, color, taste, the different shapes included. A win for sure! Highly recommend. He’s been taking for over a year and they help him relax.

Kids love it!
Both of my kids love the berry flavor! They are easy to chew and swallow and they taste good! So glad we found a good magnesium supplement for them!
