These have worked great for MANY different requirements. Saved me from running new electrical for some areas I use motion bulbs instead of the switch built in but the switches work just fine. I bought them for an apartment building and its large basement. It was an older building and didn't have much light, so these were plugged in and hung in darker areas and motion light bulbs used. Worked great. Light for tenants in storage areas ect. Now I also use them for garages, sheds, attics etc. I even keep 2 different length cords in my tool area to take with me if any light is needed in areas like crawlspace, attics, outside. They plug in and just work. Easy. They come in different lengths, just order the sizes you need. Great for the cost if it's what you need.

Exactly what I needed!

Used to replace a broken light fixture. I just needed the cord with the switch and the outlet. Worked great!

These were perfect for my garage. My florescent lights died…. And for some reason there is a plug on my roof of the garage instead of actually hard wired so these were exactly what I needed. I can also move them around if I wanted to anywhere in the house. The cord is long so it is easy for placement. Great value on these lights. They use a standard size bulb. Very functional and perfect for what I needed.
