Arrived dented
The item arrived with a dent in the can. It has a bitter taste so product defective. Should be earthy but should not have a bitter aftertaste. Used as finishing oil, so not heated. Disappointing.

Authentic Italian flavor
I enjoy keeping this Italian truffle oil in my kitchen. It adds a nice finishing touch to pasta, risotto, and roasted potatoes. Just a small drizzle gives dishes a rich truffle flavor.

Disappointed. Extremely Weak.
The smell is much more potent than the flavor. I have to make the food oily to be able to taste anything— and truffle is a very pungent flavor. I was disheartened to find that there is more “natural flavor” in this than truffle, as truffle extract is the last ingredient listed on the bottle. I wish i could return this and just go for truffle salt instead. So disappointed.

It has a nice true truffle flavor but not as strong as the first bottle I bought from a fancy cooking store.

Not overwhelming, just good.
Got for a birthday gift. Makes a nice swirl of extra mushroom taste on a finished dish - soup, eggs, gravy, mushrooms. Expensive otherwise but is the perfect kind of edible gift for a friend who doesn't need more stuff.

No Truffle Taste
If you are looking for a strong truffle experience (like I was), look away. I should have read the label better. This product is mainly Sunflower oil with a very slight truffle flavor. I was disappointed when I realized this, since what I really wanted was real truffle taste and scent and this product did not offered that.

Very fragrant, but I wish it was an olive oil blend instead of sunflower oil.
Got this for pasta and avocado toast needs and overall it is very fragrant one as well. My 2 cents below: Pros: - Taste is great. Does the job - Organic oil used - Comes well packed and feels premium overall Cons: - It is a sunflower oil blend and I really wish it was in avocado oil like my previous oil - For sunflower oil based, it is not reasonably priced in the competition
