Caffeine Cleanse - Reduce Your Caffeine Intake Easily

I am 2 weeks into this caffeine taper. I was a Dt. Mt Dew drinker- 2 16.9 oz bottles a day for a total of 154mg caffeine! I am getting ready to drop down to two pills a day. No headaches- nothing. I haven’t been craving any Mt Dew either! I have been drinking a lot more water! Definitely recommend!

I bought Caffeine Cleanse because of my caffeine addiction. I had to force down a huge mug of coffee every morning because I knew that I would have debilitating headaches if I did not have the morning cup of coffee. I feel really tired in the morning now but I take the dog for a walk and drink tea to get going. I am also looking forward to having my favorite frozen coffee at Dunkin' every once in a while. This time coffee drinking will be on my terms as I am keenly aware of what caffeine addiction has done to my life. If you are addicted to caffeine, you will not be disappointed in this product. You will experience a few headaches here and there but it will be worth it. Just drink water, eat nutritious food, get adequate rest, and wear a big smile as your 30 days will fly by and you will be off the drug forever and ever and ever. You will be back in full control. Nope. It gave me the crazies just using it one time. I got up in the middle of the night with a bolt. It gave me a strange head feeling & other symptoms not usually experienced with caffeine withdrawal. Strangely, it was very effective in removing my desire for coffee for 3 days. I really wish I could have used this product more than one day. I only took 6 caps as a 2-cup per day coffee drinker.

I never write reviews but this product has come in handy multiple times for me. At first when I got it my goal was to completely cut out caffeine, as someone who had “caffeine headaches” and was very dependent on coffee to wake up and be a human being, which a lot of people seem to think it’s normal, but it’s really not. Your body should be capable of waking up naturally without a substance. So after using this product for a week, I was completely caffeine free (keep in mind I adjusted the daily quantity of pills to match the caffeine I was consuming, and it turned out to be a lot less pills than what they recommend. I’m just an especially sensitive person to caffeine). Now it sometimes happens I will go on a caffeine whim for a couple of days, and indulge in coffee every morning for only a couple of days in a row, but it is enough to make me dependent on it to wake up. I can scale back by switching to some black tea of course, but sometimes it’s just not enough and I’ll take two of the pills and it will make the “coffee headache” go away ! It’s great because it’s measurable. The next day I will take only one pill. The day after I won’t need it ! Beautiful product. Thank you.

I tried this to quit drinking energy drinks but it did not work for me. After about a month I was still craving them.

I'm perhaps a bit premature here, as I'm not sure it's broken my addiction, but I'm a special case--likely a genetic issue behind my need for caffeine--but I still want to weigh in. First, though I'm sensitive, I'm tolerating this product, which with me is saying a lot. Also, I like that the product tries to support dopamine production, although major,, long-term dopamine imbalance will likely require major dietary changes (I suggest Keto.), and other aggressive supplementation, but those hooked on caffeine need off as there's risk of major health issues down the road. (The voice of experience!) My one criticism of this product is that our planet is in trouble. I do everything I can NOT to contribute needlessly to the solid-waste stream. Therefore, the 6 or 8 inches of cotton stuffed inside the bottle (Why? Because it's only half full?)--almost impossible to get out of the bottle--isn't appreciated. It isn't needed. It's wasteful! Leave it out!

I just finished taking these as instructed and today is my first day without caffeine since 2004. I was spending too much money buying coffee, if I didn't drink it I got awful headaches, so I was dependent on it and not feeling any energizing benefits. Try to cut down on my own wasn't working great, I'd cut back too much, get an unbearable headache, drink more caffeine to get rid of it, and end up drinking more than I was. I was a little leary of buying pills on Amazon but I needed something more precise. I did get a bad headache the second day of the cleanse pills. They recommed starting when you are down to 3 cups of coffee and I was at 1 glass cold brew at home and 1 large Dunkin coffee... Probably closer to 4 or 5 cups a day, so the headache was my own fault. On the other drop downs I occasialy got a little headache on the second day, easy to ignore and well controlled with one dose of Tylenol if I felt like it. If you want to get off caffeine and are on the fence about these pills, they work great. Just get down to 3 cups of coffee before you start.
