Initially thought the taste was really horrible but when I switched from having it with 750ml water to a small glass, it made such a big difference- it’s really nice! I definitely feel more hydrated with it, so would recommend.

I genuinely felt a difference taking these. I ordered off Amazon cause they were cheaper than the chemist. I was struggling with hydration and after taking just one, I felt the energy. The taste of it isn’t good, but if you wanna be healthy, you’ll just down it. Like I did.

PHIZZ electrolyte tablets appear to be of good quality with a nice mix of vitamins and minerals. They keep you well hydrated which is thew main reason I buy them. The tablets have no smell and dissolve nicely in water and therefore are easy to consume. I must admit I am not crazy about the flavour, which is not that of a problem as it does not linger after the consumption, and you can always follow it up with some plain water. I have purchased these 3 times, orange, mixed berry and cherry flavour and mixed berry is my favourite. I am not so sure about the energy boost, but I do feel reassured once I take them as I am satisfied they provide the hydration I need. Previously I tried some other electrolytes but these make me feel good and are by far the best I had tried thus far. I will keep reordering them, though the price fluctuates and unless on offer they are quite pricey. --- Update. Tried mango; the best taste of all the flavours

These have helped me so much. I’m currently going through the menopause I do shift work that consists of days and nights. With the current heat and and having sweats with the menopause I was aware I was losing hydration and my face was puffy always tired looking and zero energy in a job I needed to have energy. Since taking these I have noticed my face isn’t as puffy after a sleep, I have more energy and overall I’m more hydrated. They taste nice and make drinking water more enjoyable. I was worried incase they had that gritty residue that sinks to the bottom of your drinking cup but no, it completely dissolves. These have been so affective for me personally to stay hydrated and also give me the vitamins I need to sustain my body effectively

Have one on the way to work to hydrate, lovely taste and always feel hydrated. Recommend

Having never purchased electrolyte tablets, I wasn't really sure of what they'd be like, but assumed they'd be a bit like flavoured squash drinks. They are not like a berry squash. Really hard to describe but the closest I can come up with is they're a bit like fruit teas, where you get lots of scent but not much flavour, and instead of being made with water, you've made it up with salty sea water. I'm still sipping it to see if I get used to the taste but so far every sip makes me want to heave and I'm dreading have to use them up to avoid waste. I have the cherry version too, and I'm really hoping they'll be better, as stupidly I popped the lids on both to smell them, otherwise I could return at least one tube. ***Ive since used one of my husbands orange version of a different brand and its nothing like this, lovely orange taste and I can't taste any saltiness, so maybe its this brand?

Great product. I bought this because I was just getting back into exercising daily - and I was getting terrible, excruciating leg cramps in both legs at night. Crazy pain. Now when I get these cramps - I go immediately to make up a Phizz drink, and the cramps stop within about 60 seconds, and then I can sleep for the rest of the night. Really great product for resolving dehydration or over-exertion post exercise cramps. Simple and easy to make up - just add to a glass of water. It tastes a little salty, as it should, but it's ok.

These hydration tablets have been a great buy for the current weather we have been experiencing Easy to use - we put them into a glass of squash. They dissolve very easily. Flavour is great and they definitely Phizz! Will definitely buy again

Magari è efficace e non lo saprò mai perchè già dall'odore sono rimasta disgustata. Il gusto è davvero sgradevole e non sono riuscita a finire la prima capsula effervescente. Ho buttato tutto!

Ces électrolytes n'ont d'intérêt que si elles sont dissoutes dans de l'eau pendant ou juste après un effort "violent" (course à pied, vélo, etc.), avec perte d'eau et de sels minéraux. Elles ne servent absolument à rien pour la vie quotidienne.
