Doesn't seem to make a difference
It doesn't seem to assist with focus or anything

My first grade daughter was struggling to focus during math lessons at home and at school. I decided it was time to try something to alleviate her anxiety and stress while learning. I noticed significant improvement in her mental clarity after giving her the Focus Formula and now she even asks to practice math facts. Highly recommend this for kids who need a little help with focusing.

My daughter has ADHD, the inattentive type. It made my daughter really hyper even with half a dose and made her worse. This wasn't the product for her and now im workinvon an exchange through the seller because Amazon doesn't do them. I don't recommend this at all for the inattentive type ADD... only for the true ADHD type with hyperactivity

Every time I try this I make a point to notice if I'm more focused, and then later I think about it and I'm not really sure. But perhaps I'm more focused on all the other things I'm doing and that's why. I do think it gets rid of resistant thoughts to doing things, and in that I can focus and be more productive on a task that may have otherwise not been interesting/my brain would have protested against for no reason. I think it'd be helpful to take before homework sessions and the like. It's a nice blend of herbs, I'd definitely recommend this for kids and adults alike, always with the caveat that everyone's different and you should find what works for you.
