Comfortable, easy to program
Great mouse that's very comfortable and perfect for relieving hand pain that the magic mouse and other flat mice can cause over time. Programmable with the app, very easy to program. Scroll allows for slow (line by line) or fast scrolling. The side buttons let you go side to side like the magic mouse does, so no loss there. The main buttons are very quiet, the side ones not so much. The size is perfect for my hand. Definitely recommend this Mac-specific mouse over other mice not made for Mac. Very worth it.

The mouse I didn’t know I needed
I bought this on a whim after my wrist started getting sore from long work days and wow, what a difference. The vertical design took maybe a day to get used to, but after that, it felt completely natural. It’s super comfortable, especially for smaller hands, and the angle really does relieve wrist pressure. The clicks are quiet but still feel satisfying, and it glides smoothly on my desk. It works great with my Mac, but it’s also compatible with other operating systems, which makes it super versatile. Battery life has been great so far, and the buttons are customizable, which is a nice bonus. If you work long hours at a desk or just want to treat your wrist better, this mouse is a game changer.

Miracle mouse
I’m obsessed with this mouse. Slightly different angle than my old ergonomic mouse, but got used to it in a day. The button for switching devices is a godsend. It also just feels nice and light in my hand, so there’s less pressure and exertion on my hand and wrist. Highly recommend! Works well with the matching keyboard.

Forearm pain? Gone. Productivity? Up.
I usually don't write reviews but this is like the BEST mouse I've ever used. When I got my first job as a software engineer I started getting pain on my right forearm and I thought it was the desk, chair or keyboard so I changed everything but the pain didn't go away. Then I changed my logitech normal looking mouse to this vertical one and I could tell the pain went away in a single day!! I was worried that it wouldn't match my hand size because I have small hands (my hands are around the length of a normal iphone 15) so I researched one that could potentially match, and this was perfect. I can reach all the buttons without having to strain my fingers. Additionally if you get the app for customizing the mouse you can adjust the functionality of the buttons. For example, I have the side ones for my thumb to adjust the volume and it was so so helpful. Additionally, the middlle button where the scroll is can be set to mission control which saves me the need to move my hand and use the touchpad for that. Overall just buy it as an investment if you have pain in your arms or anywhere, it will improve that 100% and it doesn't take that long to adjust to a vertical mouse either. Highly recommend.

It’s Great!
I like it! I am surprised by how smooth and responsive it is despite being only connected via Bluetooth. The minimal noise, soft feel, and ergonomics are great! My only con about this is the scroll. It is sticky sometimes and I occasionally hear and feel a click and recoil. But the mouse is 10x better than the Apple mouse. It’s super light and has great connection even at 10 ft away from the computer. So I can control volume and pause/play while watching YouTube. I really enjoy it and it is super comfortable for my hand. I know it’s pricier but I waited until it went on sale. Totally worth it! Oh, keep in mind it does not have the lightning bolt receiver. It is just Bluetooth. I think you can buy the receiver separately because there is a slot for it. Honestly, it’s not needed for how well it responds.

Expensive, but you get what you pay for!
I've always used cheap Bluetooth mice and suffered through terrible build quality. This mouse showed me that it doesn't have to be that way! The mouse is not only ergonomically shaped, but it has a good feel in the hand as it is weighted. The left/right buttons are satisfying to click and (very importantly for me) do not make loud, obnoxious high-pitched clicking noises. The click is barely audible, but if you listen closely, it is "thocky" (if you might be familiar with the term from mechanical keyboard hobbyists). It connects to up to three separate devices at once, which is extremely convenient for me as I have a work laptop and multiple personal devices. There is also NO USB DONGLE which is great for when you have devices with limited ports or only USB-C ports. It uses just ONE battery, and the battery life is great - I have used this mouse daily for almost a year and only had to replace the battery once. If you use rechargeable batteries, it becomes even more convenient. It also comes with software, which I feel neither negatively or positively about. I like that the software is optional and you do not need to use it, but if you do, you can set a custom action for the extra button. Do yourself a favor and buy this mouse. I know it is more expensive compared to the cheaper $15 mice you can get on this site, but if you work from home, or use your computer or multiple computers daily, it is worth it.

Works great but only lasts about a year with regular use.
Great mouse that has eliminated most of the wrist discomfort I would get from a non-Ergo mouse. 3 stars because these products are only good for about one year. I originally bought this in May 2024. In June 2025 the top button (for left click) lost most of its responsiveness after regular use. I contacted support and they sent me a new one (even though it was past warranty). It worked great but then, one year later, I am once again dealing with response issues related to the top button on the replacement mouse. There must be a design flaw with these products that leads to this problem happening.

Best ergonomic mouse!
Give this a try if the generic mouse hurts your wrist! It lets your wrist sit in a more natural, relaxed position than even the roller-ball mouse models. I have one for both work and home and if I have a work day where I have to go to a different computer station, I often take my mouse with me. The positioning was not hard to get used to, as there is no change in your right and left click mouse buttons and the scrolling wheel. Pay attention to which sort of device connection you are getting. The model I got for work uses the wireless dongle. I thought I was getting the exact same one for my home computer and then was mystified when I went to find the dongle and there was none. The confusion came from the fact that there was a slot in the mouse for where the dongle should be, but this particular mouse only came equipped with Bluetooth capabilities. Possibly my favorite feature of this mouse is the magnetic cover over the battery. It is SO easy take off and put back on. No more breaking those stupid little plastic pieces that are supposed to hold the cover in place.

100% BUY THIS - Game changing for comfort AND productivity
I've never considered getting an ergonomic mouse as I exclusively used a trackpad for work over the past couple of years, but this thing is seriously amazing. While killing time at a Best Buy once, I was curious and tried it out. Within a few seconds I took a picture of the make and model to research later because it's was naturally comfy. My biggest concern was using it in place of my trackpad for design, but Logitech has an app called LogiOptions+ that allows you to configure the mouse to suit your needs. They even let you have different commands while using specific apps AND they introduced a feature that allows you to use the mouse for multiple devices at once. This is really great if you are using multiple computers on your desk like me. Glides around my leather desk mat really easily and, as a mechanical keyboard lover, I appreciate how tactile the mouse clicks and trackwheel are. The clicks are also WHISPER quiet. I highly reccomend this mouse for people with small to medium sized hands. I think Logitech has a different model for larger hands.

Best Mouse for a MacBook!
Worth every penny! I got this mouse specifically for my Macbook and I love it. The smart keys make it super easy to navigate all Mac Features and you can them up depending on your needs. I have smallish hands so this sits very comfortably. I don't get wrist cramps anymore and I have seen a significant improvement! I highly recommend spending the money as this gets the job done. I've tried multiple mouses ranging from 20-60 bucks, but they don't come close to the quality that this Logitech Lift Mouse offers

Perfect for work
Super easy to adjust to, good weight and easy to set up. Only downside… stains easily and cant remove. If you’re a snacker, makeup wearer or if you have dusty surfaces it will leave hand prints which are hard to take off even with a magic eraser.

Confession: My wrist is finally forgiving me
Switching from the Apple Magic Trackpad I didn’t realize how much I was abusing my wrist until I switched Pros: • Comfortable “handshake” grip that feels natural right away • Noticeable relief on wrist and forearm strain within a few days • Quiet clicks (no more late-night “click clack” guilt) • Easy Bluetooth pairing + reliable connection (no lag for me) • Smart placement of buttons for quick access without finger gymnastics Cons: • Slight learning curve for the first hour or two — but muscle memory adjusts quickly • On the smaller side, so folks with very large hands might prefer the MX Vertical
