This is my third bottle of Rani Garam Masala, and it has become a regular part of my cooking. I use it mainly when making tikka masala from scratch, and the flavor is consistently fresh, warm, and well balanced without overpowering the dish. The spice arrives well sealed, which helps preserve the aroma and freshness, and delivery has always been fast and reliable. It also comes with a long expiration date, which would be useful but we use a lot for Tikka Masala and the quality stays excellent over time. If you cook Indian dishes at home and want dependable flavor and quality, this is an easy recommendation.

This is the flavor I've been looking for. So many Garam Masala's have spicy spices added. This one is pure flavor. If I want spicy I can add it. The spices tasted very fresh and it came out perfect just like Chef John said it would.
