Good resistance band that comes in various resistance levels. Much better than the band that came with my neck harness training kit (and eventually failed).

Worth the money over the knock-offs.
Quality product. Tensions seem accurate throughout. As is usually the case, you get what you pay for. Tried “cheaper” bands . . . And got cheaper bands.

Start with this to get that nice and dense neccc. Then move up in weight. Don’t try to do much to soon. Only got one neck and gotta keep it thicccc
