Wow best speaker that’s in cube form!
I have to say, I’m impressed! The bass is awesome, and it’s a massive cube. I love the led lighting effect all around the speaker.

Bass.
Product states “Heavy Bass.” Absolutely has no bass to it. Even at peak volume it is not loud and still no bass. Pretty disappointed in this purchase. Considering it is 160w peak, I was expecting some decent thump, but nahhhh.

Happy I found this speaker
Not enough light modes/just 2 options? The volume noticeably goes down when you unplug power cord. The front touchscreen is a hassle sometimes, multiple presses to operate. Speaker&device has a weird volume "operation". Reviews say it gets it's peak loudness when wired connected to device as opposed to Bluetooth, haven't tried wire yet. The "W" seems less than claimed. 2 base modes is real decent. Loud enough for price range. Fully charged doesn't give you the battery life they claim, but 6+ hrs is good. Happy i brought it, might buy another since they can link multiple speakers together

We loved it!
This item is perfect for karaoke and it is a decent size for about anywhere! We do karaoke nights, I just bought two microphones, and we were set! Loved it!

Only sounds phenomenal when plugged in.
Great sounding. Clear highs and bass. Unfortunately, it only sounded great when plugged in. On battery, it was underpowered. Less bass and sound performance.

Sounds great
The thing is massive, from the pictures i was thinking that is was a small speaker since it is portable and have 12 hour battery life. But still, it is not very heavy and can be transported easily. It have the size of a regular subwoofer. You have 2 bass modes, when using the second one it sounds incredible. Deactivating the bass the sound is pretty bland and cheap. The manual is not very detailed about the light modes, from what I can tell it have 5 light effects and the 6th effect it shuffles between the 5. I expected better lighting effects from philips honestly since they sell great lighting products out there and those here are pretty simple and harsh sometimes, the LEDs are not very smooth and in some songs you can barely notice any effect going on. Also, this is not a smart speaker, does not have Alexa nor Google home. It is not very suitable to use in the house since you always have the press the power button to start it and pair Bluetooth. At this price point I expect a little more smarts. In general, it is a great fun speaker to have at a backyard party or something similar.
