Gave into cravings
I fancied Angelica, someone got me on to making a truffle, but I could not find Angelica, now I have it, tempting to keep making truffles. Or also Florentine biscuits, as go great on them. Ridiculous amount of packaging. Excessive postal costs. Angelica looks ok but expensive to acquire.

Just the right amount for 2 x Christmas cakes.
This is so perfumed & adds a lovely flavour to fruit cakes. Often I can only find too big an amount but this is just right.
