Incredible scar gel - used on a mark on my face I cannot believe the difference in 6 weeks but you have to give it time and be consistent! Would highly recommend.

I used Kelo-cote about 3 months after surgery to moisturise long scars on my chest that were a little hypertrophic and to help them fade. I used this for 6 months and honestly - didn’t see much difference in fading, hypertrophy or skin texture. In fact, I swapped products and then noticed an immediate difference at last. However, it did help with the dry skin and itching I had been experiencing and it did reassure me that my skin was protected from the sun appropriately during that summer. In fairness it’s hard to know for sure if a product has (or hasn’t) helped scars or if it’s just time and healing doing its thing, especially in the first year. My scars didn’t get bigger or stretch at least while using it and the added moisture likely helped to prevent further hypertrophy. As a product - it dries fairly quickly (within a few minutes), doesn’t leave any weird texture or stickiness issues and was generally easy to apply. A lot more comfortable than scar strips especially in the summer, and it doesn’t seem to be too affected by sweat, it lasts through the day. The tube is small but lasts a long time as you only need a tiny amount per application.

I don’t normally write reviews, but for once I can say this stuff actually works. Started using on a hypertrophic scar on my scalp just above the forehead. A few weeks ago later that scar is almost entirely healed. Remarkable really.

I absolutely love this product for scars and burns. I have 2 different types of scars on my right arm. One caused by burning my arm reaching into a hot oven (stupid, I know), the other caused by a rose thorn in my garden. The oven burn was quite deep and remained "fresh" looking for a long time. (I had been on corticosteroids, so my healing ability was quite poor). I decided about 2 months down the line to try this. I was skeptical at first but 3 weeks later, the scar started to matify, and no longer looked like a visible dent in my skin. The colour is still fairly red, but a more paler purplish colour (showing healing). I am encouraged by this greatly. The rose thorn scar is about a year old and is a white line. I have noticed this 'lifting' but not completely gone, which is still good given I've done nothing about it for so long. I found Amazon to have the cheapest price. I paid almost £35 for this in a dermatologist and was glad to find it on here cheaper. It takes time to work, so keep applying it!

Ich hatte einen Chemieunfall mit einer Verätzung 2 Grades auf meinem Oberarm. Die Stelle war schon sehr groß. Creme die Narbe schon seid 2 Jahren regelmäßig ein und sie wird immer kleiner.

Je ne sais pas si j'ai eu de la chance, car j'avais lu quelques commentaires qui faisaient peur, mais étant donné la différence de prix entre la pharmacie et Amazon, j'ai tenté l'achat de cette crème recommandée par le dermato pédiatrique de ma fille pour une cicatrice sur le front. Arrivé en parfait état, tube neuf (il faut couper le bout du tube avec un couteau), donc confiance totale sur l'aspect neuf du produit. Voilà 15 jours qu'on l'utilise matin et soir et l'aspect de la cicatrice s'est déjà beaucoup amélioré. Vraiment ça vaut le coup (mais pas les 65 euros qu'on me demandait en pharmacie pour un tube de 6g...)
