Should this extinguisher come charged and in the green?

It absolutely must. If it's not in the green, it's no longer reliable to use.

It's steel alloy with majority steel.

Ladies and Gents, I have just bought one of these for a small office, however it hasn't come with a hose, can anyone point me in the right direction?

Its got a fixed metal nozzle attached to it, there are no extra hoses required.

what is date on base of extinguisher please

Regards, this question has opened a can of worms. On minute inspection, there is definitely no expiry date on the casing, seemed strange so I checked again. Only info. found was a made date of 2018. Hope this helps but I'm not impressed with the lack of expiry date.
