Hi there, I find that if you don't twist it after every nappy you will get much more usage out of the liner! My baby is now 6 months and we are just about to start our 4th cassette! I understand the twist is the design to prevent any smells however, by not doing the twist not only does it save on liner you don't get a smell! (maybe a whiff when you open lid to place another nappy in! Fantastic product. I am going into child minding and will be a great help. We also use the large versions in the nursery I worked in!

It's like one long continuous bag that rolls out from a plastic cassette. The bin twists the bag after each nappy to contain each nappy in a 'bag'. We nicknamed them onions as it looks like a string of onions when you empty it. Lots of people said a nappy bin was an uneccessary expense but we wouldn't be without it, it's great. And when we're finally done with it I'm sure we'll find another use for it. Really glad we bought it now.

what is the difference between the frustration free and regular packaging? And what is the size and weight of the 9 pack frustration fee?

Regular packaging means they come in the manufacturers box (as if you were buying it in a shop), frustration free packaging is a plain brown box - rip the tape off and there are your cartridges. You can then use the box again for something else after.
