I confirmed that the stamina increase is not a placebo effect however the supplement contains the filler magnesium stearate which causes constipation especially when consuming high amounts of protein. So as an active person I cannot recommend the product

A must for during a weight cut
they help you to not lose muscle mass, haven’t tried them on a bulk yet but wouldn’t not take them on a cut that’s for sure stopped taking them for a month after 2 months on and noticed a massive difference in strength lose during the 1 month off

Das Produkt ist gut zum Erhalt von Muskelmasse, aber wirkt nicht so gut wie Creatin oder Protein wenn es um das bilden neuer Muskelmasse geht. Als tägliches Supplementen ist es jedoch gut. Wichtig zu beachten: hochdosierte Kapseln! Nur 1x täglich zu sich nehmen!

Sehr praktisch für Sportler und nochmal spezifischer in der Diät
Als es ankam dachte ich es wären eine kleine Packung und kleine Kapseln aber als es ankam war es groß. Dennoch die Wirkung hiervon ist wirklich top, es hilft Muskelabbau zu verringern und verstärkt den Muskelzuwachs, ich habe damit meine Werte in einem Monat (plus Gute Ernährung und genug Eiweiß) gut verbessern können und trotz Diät laut Waage Muskelzuwachs gehabt. Also echt Top.

Gut verträglich, Kapseln nicht zu groß, habe in der Zeit in der ich sie genommen habe Muskeln auf und Fett abgebaut. war aber auch im eiweisreichen Kaloriendefizit und habe workouts gemacht.
