This powder is damned magic. We have a girl who has struggled with flea dermatitis her whole life despite regular prescription treatment. Perfectly dries up and treats any small wounds from over grooming. Doesn't cause any stress in administering - a cotton bud tap or two when they eat, and she never knows a thing! My mum put me on to this, she used it on my childhood dog over 20 years ago for the same issue and the formula still works. Lasts absolutely ages and goes really far. It has saved us a lot of money in vet fees for the superficial issues!

This stuff is an absolute lifesaver. I keep a pot of it in the cupboard at all times because it has saved me so many unnecessary vet visits. This powder is amazing.it works so well.My dog had an ear operation (costing nearly £500)after only a few days,a few of her stitches came away,so I thought I'd try this & I'm so happy I did.the wound is coming together nicely.it caused no irritation & my pooch was happy to let me use this.its a great price to.i have 2 dogs & a cat so I plan of having this product on hand all the time.thank you.i would 100% recommend this item.

Very good if you need.

Arrived quickly, well packaged and good quality container. Scent is ok. Small tub, would be ideal if it came with a tool to apply the powder. I’ve noticed no difference in my dog’s paws and the powder does not deter him from licking/chewing unfortunately.

I have a very anxious cat and we recently added a new cat to the household which massively upset him. He pulled out all the fur on his back end and overcrowded so much his skin was raw, bleeding, weeping. Because of christmas I had no money for a vet visit until the end of January so this was bought to bring a little relief until then. I didn't expect too much except some relief and to discourage licking but have been massively surprised. I used this along side a hair and skin vitamin paste and in just 3 days his skin is almost clear and his hair is already starting to grow in. A vet visit might not even be needed now. He also hates cones and being anxious in nature they made him worse. I noticed he was cold a lot with him losing his fur so thought I'd try him with a jumper. He's 13 and never worn one so I thought it wouldn't go well but he loves his jumper and it prevented him licking too (just a little tip if your cat hates cones too. Just remember to let his skin breathe sometimes to heal too).

I wish I took before photographs but unfortunately I didn't. I have however, come online just to write a review for this product because it amazing!! This arrived on 1st November and within a couple of days not even a full week I could already see a difference to my dogs skin she's had a cyst which was removed and she wouldn't allow the area to heal (kept chewing at it) this meant she lost fur in the area and it wouldn't grow back and the skin wouldn't heal a few days in and the results were amazing and now just over 2 weeks in and the patch is nearly fully healed and fully covered with new fur! Just sprinkle a bit on and leave it! I've been doing this once a day sometimes twice! 1000000% recommend!

Only complaint is the absence of a list of ingredients, which could have been included in the box insert. I assume the product is as good as the antibiotic powders I used to use, but ingredient listing is crucial and required by law. The reason why powders are effective for cuts, scrapes and hot spots is that it dries the area, which offers instant relief and discourages a dog from licking. Ointments seem to make it itchy and it is always licked off.
