Versatile great flavour
Since this was recommended to me by a chef I’ve used it in lots of different dishes. It has a great strong garlicky flavour that enhances food. Love it!

Not too hot, perfect balance of heat and flavour
Bought as a present for my boyfriend as he loves hot sauces that aren’t too hot, as well as garlic flavour. He loved it and had finished a bottle in less than a week!

On the whole, excellent.
Long shelf-life. GoodSmall opening so no accidental 'overdosing'. GoodGlass bottle excellent, recyclable. GoodWooden screw top, seemed good, but plastic thread inside the top make it non recyclable. Not goodA few drops added to an oil/vinegar salad dressing has proved very popular with my family

Die Cholula Hot Sauce Chili Garlic gehört bei uns mittlerweile regelmäßig zum Einsatz in der Küche. Sie passt sehr gut zu vielen Gerichten und bringt eine angenehme Schärfe mit, ohne den eigentlichen Geschmack der Speisen zu überdecken.Besonders gelungen ist die Kombination aus Chili und Knoblauch. Der Geschmack wirkt rund und aromatisch, mit einer leichten Würze, die spürbar ist, aber nicht zu dominant wird. Dadurch eignet sich die Sauce auch für Personen, die gerne etwas Schärfe mögen, aber keine extrem scharfen Saucen suchen.Die Konsistenz ist gut abgestimmt und lässt sich leicht dosieren. Ob zu Eiern, Reisgerichten, Fleisch oder auch zu einfachen Snacks wie Sandwiches oder Wraps, die Sauce passt vielseitig und wertet viele Gerichte geschmacklich auf.Im Vergleich zu sehr scharfen Hot Saucen steht hier klar das Aroma im Vordergrund. Genau diese Balance macht sie im Alltag besonders angenehm nutzbar.Insgesamt eine sehr geschmackvolle Sauce mit ausgewogener Schärfe und vielseitiger Verwendung.
