Hands down the best mechanical pencil I've ever used, and I've used many, from disposable to metal/refillable. I use pencils all the time and this has become my go-to. As the description says, the lead doesn't break easily, and the pencil itself has a solid and ergonomic feel with a nice textured grip. One of my favorite things about it is the eraser that is long and advances and retracts, and the placement of the lead advance, which is very conveniently right where you hold it but not something you'd hit accidentally. It's light weight makes it suitable for adults and kids. They also come with lead and eraser refills, and all for a great price.

That it would be BIC that would make the perfect mechanical pencil? Not Pentel. Not Pilot. BIC. Characteristics that will keep me coming back: - Lead: not too dark or too light, strong - Eraser: cleans the paper and tight enough so it doesn't turn when I am using - Body: ergonomic and soft where it needs to be, hard where it needs to be - Weight: it feels like it is weighted where we grip it. It feels light when I'm holding it, but I think that is because the weight is where I am holding it. - Design/colors: each pencil is black with just enough adult pastel color to make it classy not cheap looking. I am both a mechanical pencil junky and snob. I have tried a lot of them and am rarely impressed anymore. These are, well, impressive. 10 out of 10.

Just buy these. I'll tell you why. We have an art table overstocked with almost everything. When we became short on pencils, I bought these. I put them on the art table but took one to do word puzzles with. I was surprised and delighted at the way these pencils wrote letters, clearly and the right amount of darkness, easy to see. My niece arrived, saw these and immediately began to write and draw with them. She also tested the eraser and was surprised to find everything erased cleanly. Needless to say, she took most of the pencils home with her, and I ended up buying two more packages. Being a puzzle nut, I appreciate a good pencil with a good eraser. These are the best I've come across. My niece even asked for another pack so she could use them when school starts up again. Just buy them, totally worth it.

I'll never buy or use any other pencil now that I've found these. I have a heavy writing hand so I thought I'd try these. Unless you use force to purposely break the lead, they truly are break resistant. I also love the long erasers. They last a long time and they fully erase the unbreakable BIC lead.. The're comfortable to use and easy to reload lead and erasers. I love them so much!!

I expected smooth #2 lead that holds up under pressure, comfy grip for long sessions, and erasers that actually clean up mistakes without smearing – especially for filling forms or test bubbles on the road. They pretty much hit the mark. The shock-absorption thing works okay; lead advances with a side click and doesn't shatter as quick as cheaper ones when I'm jotting mileage or outlining agendas in spiral notebooks. Used them for precise stuff like graphing daily budgets, shading priority lists (black for must-do, light for later), and erasing/revising hotel booking notes. The textured grip keeps 'em steady, and the clear barrel shows lead level. Short para: Solid for school tests too, per other users. Value's right on – cheap per pencil, plus refills mean a 4-pack lasts ages compared to disposables. Folks say the jumbo twist-up eraser outlasts most, good for heavy editing. Downsides? Eraser smears a tad on glossy paper, like airline tickets. Advance button's stiff at first, and if you drop 'em, lead might jam (happened once after tossing in my bag). Barrel's plastic-y, clips flimsy for shirt pockets. Not the fanciest, but functional. All in all, they met expectations for reliable travel writing – less clicking, more doing. Great for office spreadsheets by hand or leisure trip planners.

I love them so much I bought them as stocking stuffers for friends and family. The led doesn’t break, is nice and dark. It gives you that feel of a traditional pencil without having to sharpen. The eraser works and doesn’t run out. let me tell u, I’m not a pencil person… but since I got these, it’s all I want to write with.

This is my fav kind of pencil i literally cried when i accidentally broke my old one. These pencils have been my go to for school, they’re durable, comfortable, and very easy to use, last time I got the pack of 2 and only really used the one pencil and it lasted me the entire school year, I got the 4 pack this year cuz I lose everything and also cuz I wanted the pink pencil

Muy buenos los lápices de BIC, son ergonómicos, la mina es muy oscura y resistente, el borrador es grande y muy fácil cargar las minas, me hubiera gustado más variedad de colores, solo vienen en la caja de 12 lápices el color gris y azul
