MasterClass Large Roasting Tin,Deep with PTFE, PFOA and BPA Free Non Stick, Grey, 39 x 28 x 7 cm

I am very pleased with this roasting pan. I have had several other brands in the past: some are thin, and warp easily, others have begun to lose their non stick coating within a few months of regular use, and the latest one before this dropped rusty water out of the rolled edge at the corners where there is a gap. This pan does none of that. Master Class gets good reviews here on Amazon and I can see why. This is a well made, heavy, solid pan. It has a tough coating that should last well in excess of the five years it's guaranteed for. And as for a 25-year guarantee on the pan itself, any manufacturer that can offer this must be supremely confident of its product's performance and longevity. This certainly helped persuade me to buy it. I am so far very happy with the pan -it has done its job as it should and has been very easy to clean. I have been sufficiently impressed with results so far that I have bought a second one. It's worth adding that the price here on Amazon is considerably better than the retail price I have seen on this in some local stores. Highly recommended. AA UPDATE MARCH 2015 Now almost three years on and these are still going strong and have survived family life, roasting, and a dishwasher's ministrations. Unfortunately their sister Masterclass baking trays have not lasted as well, but I think because of more physical abuse. These are excellent and I am very happy with them still.

I use this dish at least once a week, and have done now since I bought it in a panic for Christmas 2017 when I realised my existing dish was too small, and it has yet to disappoint. Strong, nice and deep to contain the extra liquid roasts produce, and a very good size for even sizeable joints of meat. I've used it for Lamb, Beef, Turkey, Chicken, Roast Potatoes, Parsnips, Med Veg and even made a fruitcake in it with no issues at all. The dish is VERY easy to clean, and most of the time just wipes clean with a little dish detergent and a warm damp cloth. Even after a particularly unfortunate disaster involving roast parsnips and honey and 5 hours in the oven, it cleaned up well with a soak in fairy and a wipe. I confess though, I am quite lazy and more often than not just fire it in the dishwasher. As yet no ill effects to the integrity of the dish or the non stick coating.

This pan was a direct replacement for another one where the surface was wearing out . It has a guarantee of 20 years and at my age it should outlast me !!

The tray seemed perfect. Heavy construction and exactly the right size for my oven. Today I used it for the second time (both times only ever having used plastic implements as I wanted it to last) and when washing with a soft sponge and warm water I was astonished to see patches of the non-stick coating peeling straight off (as described by others here). I'm really disappointed - it claims to be a quality product but the coating is no better than you'd find on trays bought for a fraction of the price. Of course this makes the tray unusable as anything cooked in it will be contaminated bits of coating. The hunt for a decent large roasting tray continues.

A good sized deep roasting tin. I bought this to replace another of a similar size that the non-stick coating had flaked off of. This new one seems hard wearing. I have used it twice a week for a few months now to roast vegetables, washing in the dishwasher each time and all good so far.

Not cheap but size works well for one tray recipes. Good non stick and easy to clean but be careful using metal spatulas as non stick coating is a bit more fragile than I’d like on a tray costing this much.

La teglia è di buona qualità, ben solida, robusta, ma un po' pesante. Trovo inutile la levetta di plastica che dovrebbe consentire di prelevare la teglia dal forno per non correre il rischio di scottarsi, ma non funziona per nulla, perché si stacca subito e non regge il peso sia della padella, sia del contenuto. Ottima la funzione antiaderente, non c'è nessun bisogno di imburrarla (grassi e calorie in meno) perché tutto ciò che ho cucinato si è staccato facilmente e l'ho pulita senza il minimo sforzo. Ritengo sia utile per i primi, secondi con verdure, parmigiane, gateaux e, volendo, anche torte, mentre per le pizze non la suggerirei, perché il fondo è abbastanza alto. Inoltre, non secca i cibi. Nelle foto che allego si può notare il prima, dove ci sono le tagliatelle ai funghi appena sfornate (la quantità era per 4 persone, per questo lo strato è sottile, ma ciò dipende anche dai gusti) e poi le ho prelevate con una paletta altrettanto antiaderente (ciò consente di non graffiare la teglia). Il dopo, invece, consente di verificare la pulizia totale che ho ottenuto senza olio di gomito, ma solo con detergente e con la parte della spugnetta gialla non abrasiva.

Le voy a dar 5* porque por el precio, me parece una elección muy acertada vistas sus posibilidades. Adjuntaré fotos para que veáis su tamaño teniendo como referente un brick de 1 litro de leche. El metal de la fuente es bastante mas gruesa de lo que esperaba y pesa bastante. Nada que ver con estas de acero inoxidable, de las cuales tengo 2. Una de la marca Lacor (de las más malillas) y otra que no recuerdo la marca, pero que el fondo y paredes se deforman con el calor. A esta no le pasa esto. Es un regalo para la suegra (sí, para tenerla contenta ;p ) y en su cocina de gas, con más años que Jordi Hurtado, le he hecho un par de pruebas. Primero la he usado con fuego directo a 1/2 gas para hacer un sofrito para un Fideua, y luego, la he pasado al horno de gas también, para terminarla. Sobre el fuego, no ha mostrado signos de deformación (creo que el fabricante dice que se puede usar en todo tipo de cocinas) pero aún así, no me fio demasiado de usarla así. Tal vez en vitrocerámicas o inducción, vaya mejor. Respecto al uso en el horno, magnífica. Las paredes y fondo, al ser gruesos, distribuyen el calor más uniformemente que otras más débiles sin "sobrecalentar" los bordes como pasa en otras. La limpieza, perfecta, aunque entiendo que al ser nueva, es lo más normal del mundo. Ya la revisaremos con el tiempo. En cuanto a capacidad, he hecho comida para 6 adultos, 3 niños y estaba a mitad de su capacidad, así que creo que da sobrado para 10/12 personas adultas. Por su gran altura, se pueden cocinar grandes teozos de carne o lagsañas con gran cantidad de capas. El único inconveniente es que no lleva asas, aunque para mí, no es un inconveniente, sino una virtud, ya que la capacidad que pierde por tenerlas, para mi, no compensa. Una manopla o un paño de cocina y asunto solucionado. En resumen, muchísimo más de lo que esperaba y con una capacidad asombrosa y una calidad que no esperaba con una capa de antiadherente que parece de muy buena calidad.
