Great seller, arrived well packed and secure. Product it’s self is really good and the best thing ever for aphids (black little flies / fruit flies) in plant pots. Just make the solution up as per instructions (60ml product to 1litre of water) and water the plants as usual with it. It should only be used on indoor plants, and pants that live in a glasshouse and nothing that grows outside as it’s a terrible product to bees and wildlife so be careful around pets too!

Got dreaded vine weevil in all pots with plants got this last. Year and it seen them off the grubs , there back so bought this again.

Bought a lovely plant from a garden centre only to find it has vine weevil and larvae. Bought this due to the reviews and used as per the instructions. It's a 2 litre plant pot and I used a litre of treatment. A few days later and I have just inspected the compost it was planted in and about half of the larvae appear dead and found one dead adult and one alive one. So some success but will need further treatment although it says only twice? Have mixed up some more and am soaking the rootball to see if this irradicates the rest. Hopefully it won't kill the plant.

The only SYSTEMIC bug killer readily available. IT WORKS!!! Bayer Provado Ultimate is now contact effective only. You have to apply it directly to the pest & hope you got enough on for it to be fatal. Only found this out when I contacted Bayer directly, because the product was not destroying the soil infestation of tiny white bugs on my recently purchased Streptocarpus plants. The roots were disappearing rapidly I was informed they no longer produced any systemic products. The packaging was almost identical to previous years, the only difference being a yellow 'splash' on the front which stated protects for up to 2 weeks, whereas previously it had stated 4 weeks & before that 6 weeks. After over a month of trying to kill these little white bugs - look like white micro woodlice with segmented back - asked for info on line from 'Strep' friends & found out they were root mealy bugs & a number of other people had purchased plants from the same seller on a main online auction / buy it now site. One hobby grower very kindly identified them for me & recommended Scotts Bug Clear Ultra Vine Weevil Killer available here on Amazon.co.uk, It is working & I have since told others about it on Strep groups> We had all purchased from same E*** vendor. Have since found out he was aware of his problem bugs at least a month prior to my purchase. So it's Thank Goodness for Bug Clear.

Been using it for years for my plant pots . Kills bug larvae in the soil and bottles trying to lay eggs . Use it twice a year , spring and autumn . Stops bugs eating leaf ,too . Can recommend
