Why did you choose this product over others?:I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter. It was easy to put together on my own,although I made the mistake of putting it together inside and then having to take the feet off again to get it through the door!It's very sturdy, doesn't need any weights on the feet and the height is adjustable.We've had this for over a year now and it is still in very good condition and used regularly, its stored in the garden and we have no issues with rust .It was a great price compared to others I looked at and has been perfect for my daughter to practice her shooting skills.

There's two kinds of netball posts. There's the ones with a plastic base that you fill with sand or water and then there's this one, with its four metal feet. I wanted this one because i figured if its left in one place for a while it won't kill the grass underneath. It is sturdy. Them four metal feet are bigger in real life than they look in the picture. The base is just over 110 cm across. I keep hitting the hoop and it stays steady.It is well made with nice thick tube. Bolts with Nylocs so it shouldn't come loose. If you generally do ok at assembling stuff then you'll do ok with this. Far easier than a trampoline (for example) and maybe as hard as a flat pack bookcase. I think it took me 20 minutes or there about. You need two tools - a 13mm spanner and a 14mm spanner. I give 5 stars for ease of assembly because i don't think you could make it any easier to assemble.The order went a bit wrong so I was waiting a few days longer than expected. It wasn't the fault of the company and they couldn't have been more helpful or attentive and I would have no qualms about buying from them again.

This is a great netball hoop and stable for in the garden. Good for my daughter to practice with and me for re-living my school days!

If you are wondering whether this netball post feels more like real practice than a toy, yes. The adjustable height and proper hoop make it useful for garden practice or training without needing a court.It feels sturdy once set up, and being able to take shots whenever you have a few spare minutes makes practice much easier. That is the real value here: it turns the garden into somewhere useful instead of waiting for organised training.My tip would be to get the base properly weighted and check the height before serious use. Once stable, it is a very good training post and easy to recommend. Five stars.

This is a full size net. The feet at the bottom feel very sturdy and the metal construction is strong. Left out in all weathers so far for aroubd 2 months and is holding up well.

For my daughter to play netball in the garden. Adjustable height is useful. It's managed to remain upright through numerous winter storms but is rusting a bit in places after a couple of years (though it's understandable given our wet winters in Cornwall!).
