Great value for money. This large tub lasts me a while. I love baking and don’t get through full pints of milk, so to avoid waste, I like to keep this powdered milk in the food cupboard as a staple since it has a very long shelf life to allows me to use as and when and this milk powder is definitely the real stuff. While making milk bread, milk jellies or other milk deserts, this powder transforms in to proper thick and smooth milk like the normal chilled full fat milk would be. I also use this powder in teas, coffees and hot chocolates and I don’t feel a taste difference like I miss the chilled fridge milk. This is a great way to have milk with you on long trips incase you want to make hot beverages and can’t carry a fridge with you. I have tried other similar products and they seem to clump up, don’t mix well or dissolve and also turn out too watery even after mixing in excessive amounts of water. Very versatile and great quality product.

It's the first time I've bought this. I got it because I'm forever running out of milk. After using it a couple of times I can say this is a great substitute for fresh milk. I bought a full fat tin of this and putting two heaped spoonfuls in I think this is a great product. It's very creamy and tastes just as good as whole milk. One thing I would add is it's best to sprinkle it into your cup with one spoon and keep stirring with the other. I found if you put it in in one go it can be a bit lumpy but if you put it in slowly it resolves easily. I really would recommend this to anyone who wants a good tasting powdered milk if you run out of normal milk.
