Split pot
Plastic pot was split and contents mostly in bottom of box. Easiest thing to do with all the powder was chuck it in the pond! When trying to report the defect, we were asked to return the item if faulty. It was a bit too late. Feel bereft...

Works well in my outdoor fishpond
I used the Tetra testing kits beforehand and found from the results that I required to stabilise the water by increasing the carbonate hardness (KH) preventing water from becoming too soft so stabilising the pH value.I worked out how much I required for my pond volume and added the amount required. (Maths needed) The water now has become much clearer and I am not at the moment needing to use Algorem or Algofin to get rid of green water and blanket weedTrust this works as well when next summer comes and the sun hits my pond.
