Amazing price
Came with 3 modules and multiple jumper wires. I can’t speak for the technical side but works very well for the Arduino learning projects I’m doing.

Worked as expected, great
Straightforward and included some jumper wires. Works well, as expected. Packaged in individual static bags, which is nice.

Easy connection
This is pretty cool. I’m using it for my esp32 gameboy, and an esp32 guitar pedal. Very useful for any project that needs an sdcard reader.

Only use 3.3 VDC as the power source for ESP32 work.
The description is misleading, you MUST use 3.3VDC as the power source for the module. 5VDC doesn't work, the ESP32 cannot read it! The seller mentions Level Shifters, if they are present and powered by 5vdc, it doesn't work. This is the same old module that has been around for a long time. I gave it 3 stars because it does work, just not as it was advertised.

Does not support 3.3V input
These SD modules force any input voltage through a AMS1117 3.3v regulator which steps the incoming voltage down to 3.3v for the SD card to use. The AMS1117 needs at least 4 volts to turn on and supply voltage to the SD card. The advertisement states the module works on 3.3v or 5v. That is not true. There is no way to bypass the AMS1117 chip short of removing the chip and soldering a wire across all three pins. The SD works just fine with a 5V input.

Good product
it works as expected. Im happy with how long the provided wires were and how strong the load spring is in the slot.
