Recommended, Great for Wash Drying
Have used this dehumidifier for a few months now, and it has been an exceptionally good purchase. Pros: Quiet (yes, there is some compressor noise, but it is not disturbing, even in a bedroom over-night, and yes, the compressor makes a small rattle when it stops, just like every refrigeration type unit). The controls are simple and the unit is very reliable, pulling out around 1 Litre of water from the air over-night through the colder months in a large flat. It's easy to empty, the water container simply pulls out and can be poured away. It's easy to lift and move the unit, with it's sturdy handle, and wheels also (if you prefer to scoot it). It pulls around 200W per hour electric when the compressor is running, so around 5 hours for a kWh, although it has regular non-compressor stops to defrost it's evaporator (stops dehumidifying and runs only it's fan). It's great for clothes drying, just leave at the default 55% rH and set the fan to High in an enclosed space and by next morning you can put those items away. If you want to iron dry, then keep a closer eye on the clothes after a few hours, then gauge as required. Cons: The unit has a very bright blue LED display on it's top surface, so at night it will be a distraction if you suffer from ambient light keeping you awake... simple answer, place some book or card on the unit to black-out the light. The On/Off button does not have any tactile feature, nor illumination, so it's difficult to find it and operate it without putting a light on, which is annoying in the middle of the night. Summary: I would not hesitate to recommend this unit, and hopefully the slight niggles mentioned might be resolved by the maker in some time.

Saving me money on heating bills
Love these dehumidifiers! This review shows a video for the baby one ; 13l Video starts with the machine running on high. I then hit the sleep button so you can see how quiet it is when in sleep mode. Keep in mind I have my phone next to it and on full volume. it’s really quiet if it seems noisey it’s my video skills I’ve added my room measurements at the bottom so you can decide what one may work best for you based on the size of your room I Initially brought a 20l for my conservatory which really suffers in winter within a few hours it felt warmer and all winter no mould 🥳 smells better. Has a timer feature which may be useful for some and I have found it to be fairly durable it’s doing an amazing job. Automatic switch off when it reaches the right humidity is helpful also. Where I have a very old loft conversion it is not as well protected as a roof conversion would be these days. Even in April it gets very cold and damp. So as the conservatory was warm brought up the 20l and worked a treat, no mould, the room became a few degrees warmer which meant I didn’t need the heating on (bedroom at 15-17 is too cold for me with COPD) but the dehumidifier brought it up to 18-21 so perfect. Whilst the 20l isn’t necessarily big it did take up a fair bit of space as I already have an air-con unit (opposite issue in summer it’s unbearably hot) so decided to buy a 13l for my bedroom Works brilliantly - just as effective as the 20l for the size of room. No mould, it’s warmer when it’s running and whilst I didn’t have an issue with the 20l noise wise the 13l I can’t hear from my side of the bed, it is so quiet. Great little machines! I also brought mine on a nearly new would never have known it but saved over £50 so very pleased. The 20l one is now in my living room space which had no natural light and can again be quite chilly (very old build) it’s keeping it just a few degrees warmer, no extra heating bill and no mould I’m feeling better and I’m saving money ☺️ very happy with my machines Size of rooms; My conservatory is about 3mx3m Bedroom 4mx4m Living room is 4mx6m

What a great moisture remover
With the weather closing in we bought this de-humidifer to help finish off the washing in the house without having to use an expensive Tumble Dryer. It's a very neat unit measuring approximately 22cm depth x 30cm width and 44cm high. It has wheels and a carrying handle so it is highly portable. Once unpacked it was so simple to use, we just set it to auto and it started collecting water from the atmosphere instantly. It runs reasonably quietly and seems to be quite economical to run according to our smart meter. I was astounding how much water was actually extracted in the easily removed collection tank. Our washing certainly dried a lot quicker in the drier atmosphere and all that moisture was not collecting in the house. We have also used it generally in the hall and landing without the washing and again I was amazed at the amount of moisture collected. When you tip a pint of water down the sink you realise that would have been floating around the house ready to condense on something cool. Wouldn't be without it now, brilliant purchase. Edit - Don’t forget to clean the filter which is a slide down mechanism located just behind the front panel when the water tank is removed. Edit - It's so good I have just bought a second one. One for drying clothes and the other one for the kitchen

It does what I expected
I'm happy with this dehumidifier. It does what I expected reducing the damp in the walls. I'll still need damp proofing work though. I kept in on for 24 hours a day for 4 days at first but now use it for 2hrs twice a day. It only needs emptying once a day. Haven't seen any black mould since I started using it. In normal operation it's noisier but bearable especially as I am not in the bedroom during the day. In sleep mode it's quieter and quite tolerable wearing earplugs when sleeping, though I don't use it at night now. I'm yet to find out how much extra it costs to use.

Compact but powerful
I'm a complete novice to dehumidifiers, but having a problem with condensation on windows and damp patches on walls of a bedroom in my flat, I decided I needed to buy one. The ProBreeze is quite stylish to look at and compact - it doesn't occupy much floor space in any room where you deploy it. The setup instructions were mostly clear and easy to understand, although I initially thought the unit had arrived with no detachable filter, due to the diagram in the instruction booklet appearing to show it behind the fluid collection tank, when in fact, it was behind the cabinet front grille. That niggle aside, I'm quite satisfied with the operation of the dehumidifier. It is relatively quiet while it's running, although I am a light sleeper, so I'm not sure I would do as other buyers appear to have done, and operate it during the night while I am in bed. I don't think I would be able to ignore the sound of the compressor while trying to get to sleep, however quiet it actually is. The unit sits on four small castors for moving it around, which work best on hard flooring. Moving it around on carpet is a little less easy, especially if the carpet has thick pile. I found I had to pick it up and carry it by the fold-away handle, and it does weigh a fair bit. Thankfully my flat is all on one level. I'm not sure I'd be quite as happy to have to lug it up and down stairs because of the weight. I have tried it in every room in the flat, and I find it works quickest and best in smaller spaces like the kitchen and the hallway. The bedroom where the worst condensation and damp occurs is a different story, however. It is also the largest room in the flat. I found I have to run the unit all day (12+ hours) in order to bring the humidity down to anywhere near the default setting of 50%. I'm not sure whether the unit is too small for that size of room, or whether it is just that the dampness in there is more than the unit can reasonably cope with, but I've never managed to get fully down to 50% humidity even after a 12 hour stint, whereas the other rooms dried to that level within a couple of hours or less. Emptying the fluid collection tank is quite easy, although it doesn't have a lid or a pouring spout so you need to be careful that it doesn't spill and cause a mess. It also doesn't appear to have a major effect on electricity consumption. I've looked at my smart meter while it has been running, and the indicator stays in the green zone. Overall, I am happy with this purchase, and I would recommend it to other buyers. It even arrived a day earlier than predicted. Well done the seller!

Pro Breeze® 12L Portable Dehumidifier purchase.
Having purchased a another brand dehumidifier and having very poor results, I opted for this more expensive dehumidifier by Pro Breeze. Having now owned it for a week, I am utterly pleased with the results it has made to a small studio room. The air is more breathable and in fact warmer. it collects the water wonderfully and is unnoticeable in it's noise level when on normal or low efficiency setting. It has many great features in having 4 different types of levels of use, the first being Normal in which you can have either low or high level. It's with this setting that you can set the humidity level for your room and this humidifier will work until it reaches this point, and then shut off. It only resumes once the level is breached again. The next level is low efficiency for those people wishing for it to work at a slower rate but still doing a good over a longer period. The third level is for a higher power in which this dehumidifier will click into another higher work rate and consumption level, but gets the job done in quicker time. The fourth level is for clothes drying and again the noise level and work rate steps up a bit more to clear the air quicker of any dampness and dry the air quicker, making the room feel warm after a while. The other very nice feature of this Pro Breeze dehumidifier is the lights it gives, which basically tells you at what stage the air humidity level the room is at, either green (below 50), blue (50-70) and red which will let you know the humidity level is at a no so healthy 70 or above. For even better economy while the dehumidifier is on, you can opt for pressing a button to basically switch all lights off on this machine while it's working just the same. My favourite feature is using the timer button to either set how long the dehumidifier is on for (1-24 hrs or 0 for continuous), or while the machine is off, press the same timer button to tell it to come on in so many hours time (1-24hrs). Whatever the level you set this dehumidifier to work as, it will remember this setting when switched back on, whether manually or timed, just make sure you have set the level before switching off for it remember. I love this dehumidifier and it's very unique features. I hope it will give me many years of service to come. I recommend this dehumidifier to any one wishing to purchase one for the first time over a cheaper one which would not be powerful enough to do the job quickly and efficiently and to recommend over buying one that is more expensive, as this will do as good or better. Get this Pro Breeze dehumidifier.

Dehumidifier wow
I've been running it now for 4 day,and wow the first day we had to empty it 2times.this is only in my bedroom. But it was at 84% and it's now down to 50% but it's struggling to get any lower, don't know why. It's still taking water and we are still emptying it once a day.i haven't turned it up to the higher level as I'm autistic and noise sensitive, that's why I went for this one.as I hoped I'd be able to cope with it. It's not as quite as I expected it to be with a quite sticker on. But it's not as loud as my tower fan on low, which I cope with. I can't cope with it any higher then low so I thought best not turn the dehumidifier up to the higher level. It's amazing that it's on wheels it means that with my disabilities I can wheel it through to the bathroom to empty it if I don't feel safe enough to carry the tub.as I have found that it's a weight....it's not stupidly heavy and your average person would manage no problems.but the wheels give you that extra way around it. As for easy use,it can't be more simple.... You plug it in,press power and it starts on auto,it's set a that point to 50%...and that's it.unless you want it higher or lower then 50 you don't need to do anything.and if it's in the bedroom and you find the lights bother you,I find them comfortable, then at night you can turn them off by pressing the sleep button. All in all I give it 9/10 and it looses that 1 point as I thought it would be quieter than it is as it has a quiet sticker lol....but I'm still pleased I got it as if that's how quiet it is and the others don't have it,I wouldn't have coped.

Absolute beast
I have made a review about this product 1 week after I purchased it, but now I have to change my review. This device is an absolute beast it managed to decrease the humidity level in my apartment from 82% to 35% but only after 2 weeks of continuous usage, so don't buy it if you think it will do this in 1 day. I have an 800 sqft apartment in Dubai marina, the humidity levels were extreme, and the whole apartment was feeling moist and wasn't comfortable, this device was able to dramatically decrease the humidity but only after 2 WEEKS. I suggest you buy 2 or a bigger one if you have a bigger place. for a 1 bedroom this device will do wonders but only after around 10 days running non stop. it is enough for a 1 bedroom apartment between 500-1000 sqft. now even in Dubai harsh weather my apartment is so comfortable and dry, musty smell is gone, and flat is so dry. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Sound: it sounds like a refrigerator, or a central AC put on medium. it is not noisy, but I wouldn't recommend sleeping in the same room with this device if you are a light sleeper. generally it is quiet when fan is on low speed.
