Measure up before ordering
The item was sturdy but of no use as the hook was too wide to go thru the eyelet.

the wand
It didnt do the job for the blind it was bought for, my husband hed to put the old hook on the new wand to make it work. this is not the wands fault it is the blinds mechanism is to small for the wands hook to go through. The original wand was far to short for anyone to reach so we bought another wand =-this one. If you are buying one check the eye on the blind for size-we didnt and wished we had It was well packed and came within the time stated
