is there a specific way to clean these cushions?

To clean the leather earpads, you can use: 1. Clorox Disinfecting Wipes / Cottonelle (or any other brand) Baby wipes. Clorox wipes have been proved to both remove light smell and stains while keeping your ear pad color intact. Also, please avoid using regular alcohol wipes because it will cause the color on your ear pad leather to come off. 2. Simple cleaning cloth (The ones you can find for cleaning sunglasses) - Simply to wipe off the ear pad after you have cleaned it with the Clorox wipe.

Are these compatible with Arctis nova pro wired?

No, they are not compatible. This replacement earpads is for Arctis Nova Pro Wireless headphones only. You can find our replacement earpads for Arctis Nova Pro Wired by following this link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BK5CH9PC

I am having an issue where noise from the speakers is bleeding into the mic. Will the "noise isolation" keep sound from reaching the mic?

as long as the ear muffs are isolated and tight to your head you shouldnt have any noise bleed. However if you wear glasses it will always open up a little bit of the ear muff. Hope this helps ya.
