Best mouse I've owned.
After my Logitech G604 at work decided to start having switch troubles, it was time to look for another mouse. I was hoping to get another Logitech G604 or similar since I utilize the side buttons for work and for gaming. Unfortunately, at least as of the last time I searched, Logitech discontinued the G604 and didn't plan on making another similar. I'm glad I started looking at Razer mice as this one caught my eye and I was intrigued. I've had this mouse now for 9 months and it was the best decision I've made in any of my PC purchases, minus the PC of course. The mouse feels good in your hand and is very light compared to the G604. The feet slide extremely easy on mouse pads for flawless movement. The buttons are very responsive and I enjoy the extra 6 that I get compared to the 604; more commands/shortcuts at a thumb press. Some have had the button paint start to wear off but I have not, at least yet, so I'm not sure if they just have super acidic hand sweat or eating Cheetos while gaming. Anywho, the paint has not worn off in any way and I can still read all the numbers on the side buttons. As far as connectivity, I don't 'hardcore' game so I probably won't ever use the HyperSpeed setting on it but the bluetooth works wonderfully and is very quick to connect on start up. The mouse also has a timeout function which you can adjust via the software. The software I don't hear much good about but I haven't had trouble with it I guess. It allows me to program the buttons as needed and that's about all I use it for since this is the only Razer product I have. I'd recommend this mouse to anyone who doesn't like searching for keys on their keyboard for functions. It's not only a great mouse for gaming but for work when you need button combos that are a pain to do on the keyboard. I liked it so much that I ended up buying another one for home and replaced my G604 at home a few months later.

Just Short of Perfect
I have owned almost every Naga that's been produced, starting with the very first one. I play a lot of MMORPGs (mostly WoW these days) and the thumb keypad is ideal for how I like to play. I'm coming from the Naga X, which was phenomenal, but began to have button issues. I've found with Razer products that that's usually the death knell for one and it's time to move on. I am always hesitant to get wireless mice and keyboards because replacing batteries is just another level of hassle. However, I decided to take the plunge on this one and see how it goes. The connection has been brilliant. I pulled the little USB connector out of the mouse, plugged it into an open port, and it was basically plug-and-play after a quick reboot. The buttons are satisfyingly clicky and everything has been responsive and easy to use. Zero issues with any of that. My one complaint about this mouse is that it is slightly narrower than the Naga X and my pinky finger is not as comfortable. The Naga Epic had an actual pinky rest on it and was the best Naga ever produced. Razer dropped that from the design and it sadly has never returned. I would pay double what I paid for this one if it had a functional pinky rest beside the ring finger rest, but alas. This is as close to perfection as Naga is going to get, though I would give it 4.75 stars if I could because of the narrowness of the mouse. It's just short of perfect.

Great MMO mouse! Easy to use
Love this mouse! I use it to hotkey a lot of buttons when I play MMOs. The software razer has also makes it easy to configure macros in case you needed it to hit a series of keys. Each button on the side is easy to press, so I don’t have to crawl around my keyboard to find anything. The battery life has been great too! I don’t think I’ve had to change anything and I’ve been using it for multiple hours a per day for over 3 months.

RAZER IS GARBAGE ! SENDING THIS CRAP BACK !
TERRIBLE ! The Synapse software doesnt work, profiles do not load when running associated applications. Contacted Razer support. They told me uninstall Synapse3 then run their DriverRemovalTool that support linked me and then run the Synapse4 installer. Uninstalled the Synapse3 software, ran the DriverRemovalTool, rebooted, ran the Synapse4 installer and it tells me... Synapse3 is INSTALLED and that it needs removed to instll Synpase4 !! Did that, Synapse4 installed.. profiles still do not load. SO THAT DOESNT WORK ! Support then told to me install then run their RazerLogCollector tool, installed it and ran it, "failed to upload, please check your internet connection". SO THAT DOESNT WORK ! Support then told me to download the FirmwareUpdateTool, the FirmwareUpdateTool, requires the mouse be put into "Bluetooth" mode, mouse fails to pair with Bluetooth ! Mouse only works when the switch on mouse is on "Wireless" Mode, so cannot update the firmware if their is an update. SO THAT DOESNT WORK ! Support then told me to login to their SynapseTestAccount through the Synapse software and gave me a username password to use and they could see whats going on, opened Synapse and clicked login,.. no user/password window comes up ! SO THAT DOESNT WORK ! NOTHING "RAZER" WORKS, THIS IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE AND SO IS THEIR SUPPORT ! AND ON TOP OF ALL THAT NOT WORKING.. THERE ARE MORE THAN A DOZEN RAZER PROCESSES RUNNING AT ALL TIME< AND THEY ARE EATING UP 1.6GB OF MEMORY AND EVERY PROCESS MUST STAY RUNNING ! NEVER AGAIN RAZER AND THEY CHARGE THE PRICES THEY DO !

Great wireless gaming mouse.
Works great with wifi dongle, but Bluetooth is very stuttery for some reason. I been using it for a year now. Battery life is great for long sessions. And i usually go over a week before needing to swap batteries, without gaming. Easily lasts 8+ hours while gaming. Just get and keep some rechargeable AAs on hand. Changing them out is quick and easy. The top cover is magnetically held, but the left click always needs a little muscle to snap in place, which hurts my soul. All the buttons are working great. This is my 3rd NAGA, but my first wireless. So im very happy and satisfied with the purchase. Just know the mouse wheel scroll wears out fast on NAGA mice, but it's an easy fix and the part is $6 and you usually get a spare.

Good mouse with some noteworthy flaws
While this mouse works fine and feels good in a larger hand like my own, it has some noteworthy issues. Primarily the very soft/easy to press thumb-pad buttons, which definitely take some getting used to compared to other brands of 'mmo' mice. Another issue being mouse wake-up time. I can move, click, or wiggle the mouse around and it often will simply not respond for well over 15 seconds as it reconnects to the 2.4GHz wifi dongle. Very annoying to say the least. As its AA battery operated, I bought a 4 pack of rechargeable AA batteries and can swap out a dead one for a charged one in less than 15 seconds, no having to hassle with having it wired at any point and easy to have a charged battery on standby. Definitely recommend rechargeable batteries however as you'll go through many standard batteries in its lifetime otherwise.

Una excelente compra! Soy programador.
Definitivamente fue una excelente compra. No soy gamer, soy programador.
