GREAT dried lavender! I use this on so many things, even in little sachets for some freshness in the drawers, goodd flavor too. scent is a wonderful lavender.

I purchased this food-grade dried lavender to use as a garnish and to make lavender simple syrup for lavender lemonade, and it exceeded my expectations. The buds are very fragrant, fresh, and clean with no bitterness. A little goes a long way, and the flavor is smooth and floral without being overpowering. It worked perfectly for both garnishing and infusing syrup, and my lavender lemonade came out beautifully balanced. Have ordered this twice.

This freeze dried lavender is excellent! I made lavender pastry cream with it to fill some cupcakes for a customer of mine. You can really smell/taste the lavender in the pastry cream. My customer loved her cupcakes. Good quality.
