Cuts well, quality control issues with the handle spring mechanism
This item is very effective but quality control is an issue. The one I purchased has a fault with the spring mechanism and I would have returned it but I didn't want to delay what I need it for.The fault is that the spring design relies on two rivets to keep it straight and inside the two handles. In my case the riveting is poor and loose so the spring easily pops out from between the handles. It's a pain.

These work and give a nice clean cut and are not serated.
