Good appearance & and capacious, and it looks as if it will be durable and weather proof. BUT, it is very difficult to attach to a wall. The pre-drilled holes are badly situated, too close to the outer edges of the product, for ease of use of drill and screwdriver, they need to be more central. The 2 holes at the top are in line with the top flap, and are almost inaccessible to the tools required, to go through that aperture, these top holes need to be lower down. I would advise repositioning and re-driling new holes in the article. Definitely a 2 person job to install.

This is gorgeous to look at and feels nice and sturdy. Unfortunately there were no keys with it but a quick email to to company and it was sorted out so five stars for customer service. Too much packaging but that was Amazon. Love it

This wonderfully made letterbox was purchased so mum did not have to bend over to pick up the post as she struggles with that at times. She loves green as you may have guessed and it fits in with the house and its surroundings perfectly. Mum was over the moon with it. Very secure and weatherproof, well made and worth the money. I first saw this item in a certain screw sales shop but this was cheaper by far. You may need to have someone to hold it up whilst you mark the holes from the inside, the top two holes are a tad awkward to get in and mark as I have "large scaffie hands" according to mum (she is Scottish) but that aside I managed to mark them ok. It does have the dimensions on the box so you could draw them out if needed too. I put the plastic bungs in first and partly screwed the screws first then offered it up in place before screwing the in place and that is probably the easiest way too do it. So mum is very happy and that’s all that counts. I am sure you will be too, shame she would rather the green than red but so be it.

Easy to fit and looks good. You do have to remove letter flap to fit the top two screws into the wall. The top fastener for the letter flap was bent out of alignment so the flap kept falling out initially before I mounted it, but I just bent it back into shape with needle pliers. There is a small scratch on front of unit but not enough of an issue for me to return
