Nice and soft, laundered well. Happy with my purchase (at a sale price). I would buy again even if not on sale. Versatile too, twin size can be used for things other than just bedding...covering things...windows, furniture, even a summer wrap while watching TV. Would buy this brand again.

Clients feel the quality of your linens as much as the quality of your work, so I am a very picky massage therapist and I love these sheets sets. These sheets hold up well under heavy use and laundering. No pilling, seams stay neatly stitched, fabric is a good weight and a nice bright clean white. Clients appreciate the softness and that they are opaque despite the color. Very durable despite regular laundering with hot water. Because I use oil and butters I occasionally run the load through a specialty microfiber detergent wash before the regular dye- and fragrance-free detergent cycle with a laundry sanitizer rinse. No wrinkles when pulled from dryer promptly but if they aren’t, a few minutes on high heat and any wrinkling is minimized. Very good value and I’ve made repeat orders with product quality remaining consistent over the years.

I bought this flat sheet expecting basic bedding quality, but it ended up being much nicer than I anticipated. The fabric is smooth, bright white, and sturdy enough to hold up to cutting, sewing, and shaping. My daughter used it to create a Zero dog costume for a school event, and it worked perfectly. The material draped well, didn’t fray excessively, and was easy to work with. Even after all the crafting, I could tell this would make a great regular sheet too. It feels soft, washes well, and the color stays crisp. For the price, it is a solid buy whether you are using it for bedding or a creative project. If you need a reliable flat sheet that is affordable but still feels good quality, this one is a safe pick.

I have 2 sets. 1 almost 9 years old. 1 set 2 years old. As is often the way in Amazon land they are 2 different sets. The older set is square and true the newer set has some uneven lines and is clearly meant to be a topsheet as the stitching goes the wrong way. Ocd nightmare otherwise 5 stars. they have different hem widths which only matters to a few of us. These are washed nearly everyday on the sanitizing cycle. They look brand new. The older set folds true and square, the new set does not. These wrinkle horribly. If they sit in the wash or sit in the dryer for any length of time whatsoever they are embarrassingly wrinkled! Saving grace is if you fold and stack a dozen the weight of the pile presses back out the wrinkles (mostly) by morning. The folding seams do not go away, which I actually find helpful for lining up with the center of the table. Were a true white. 10 years - 10 million washes still very white. Not a pure white but hey. That's durability and quality right there. Also makeup, spray tan, dog hair and whatever else clients bring in washes right out.

As a massage therapist, sheets for my massage table get used, washed, and folded on the daily and, for YEARS now, Utopia Bedding has been my go-to. Regardless of products used (oil, lotion, or cream), there is NEVER any staining or residue left and, even after literally hundreds of washes, the quality and color are still top notch. My clients regularly compliment me on how soft the sheets are and it's worth noting that, due to potential allergies/sensitivities, I never use any softeners in my laundering process. If you are a LMT/RMT/CMT/PT etc. I highly recommend adding these to your inventory- plus the price point can't be beat!!

These sheets are so soft! And at a great price! I bought them for vacation - we needed to take our own linens - and I wasn't expecting to like them so much! I will be getting more of these for sure!
