I have used 1 tsp in my nebulizer.

Silver is one of the oldest “natural antibiotics” around. It is fabulous for boosting the immune system. In fact, you have probably heard the saying “grew up on a silver spoon”. Well, all the families that could afford it fed their children with silver spoons to boost their immune system. They would get micro amounts during the eating process and “chewing” on the spoon. But actually taking the Silver Hydrosol is much more effective at boosting your immune system. We use it for young (baby) and old alike! In fact, one time we used it my 90 year old grandfather. He was the only one in his assisted living to not end up very sick and on antibiotics!

It this coming with expires day and year

I have discarded the box and it isn't stated on the bottle. However, I don't believe it does expire. It's just sovereign silver and purified water. The bottle states, "for best shelf life avoid strong sources of electromagnetic energy and direct sunlight."
