Cannot tell for sure but SOMETHING that I'm doing is making me look younger
About a month into anti ageing self- imposed program. Used to be rigorous, and looked at LOT YOUNGER than my chronological age. Got sick with a chronic neuromuscular disease and sort if lost heart.
