This thing is so good. It removes hair you can’t see. I use it after vacuuming and it shows what you’re leaving behind. As it says, it doesn’t work on very short piling but you only need a bit of a pile for it to grip. What can happen is the release button for the collection chamber can be pressed while in use if you have to apply more pressure for it to work but in relation to how effective it is it’s not a problem. It gets a big thumbs up.

This is brilliant, works great.

I’ve used this once so far (on my living room curtains) and I am impressed. It took A LOT of the cat hair off. If you are using it on something like curtains you need to hold the fabric taught or press it against the wall so you can get the friction going. Small back and forth motions work best and then either peel the hair wad off or do a long motion to collect the hair into the chamber.

I love this tool. I have a black cat so am constantly having to remove hairs from furnishings. It works great on carpets and sofas but not so much on softer surfaces like duvet covers. Very easy to empty and clean

I bought this as a replacement after my ChomChom broke, and honestly, I wasn’t expecting much because this BLACK+DECKER Pet Hair Remover was priced noticeably cheaper. To my surprise, it not only held up but actually outperformed my old roller. The build feels very sturdy in hand, no flimsy parts or rattling. The handle is solid and comfortable, and the rolling mechanism is smooth, which makes it easy to cover larger surfaces quickly. I’ve used it on couches, blankets, rugs, and even my car seats, and it pulls up hair with minimal effort. The real test for me was on my dog’s favorite spot on the couch, where the fabric usually traps hair. This roller cleared it in just a couple of passes, whereas I’d have to go over it repeatedly with my ChomChom. Another thing I like is how simple it is to empty. The hair collects neatly in the compartment, and it opens easily without creating a mess. It’s also quieter and doesn’t feel as stiff as the ChomChom did, so I find myself reaching for it more often. Overall, I’m genuinely impressed with both the performance and the value. If you’re on the fence because of the lower price, don’t be, it’s sturdy, effective, and a huge upgrade from what I had before. I highly recommend it for pet owners who are constantly battling hair on furniture and fabrics.

I've been using this for 4 months now and this thing is a life saver. The dog we have sheds like crazy and I hate it. This tool is fantastic at picking up hair on my couch and bed sheets and without having to waste those lint rollers. What makes it so easy to use is the back and forth motion will collect the hairs in the storage part which you open and discard after use. Wish my friend told me about this sooner. It's harder to pick up hair from clothing but not impossible. For clothing lint roller is still better.
