Belffin Modular Sectional Sofa with Storage Chaises Sectional Sleeper Sofa Couch 8 Seat Sectional Bed Green

First off the couch is stunning, I got the blue and it is a dark navy blue. Very neutral and will go with many decors. It really is easy to set up in any configuration you like and the storage is a 10/10. You have to have a couch anyway so why not make it double useful with some storage too! I do wish the storage was a little more spacious but I can't really complain, you can fit a pillow in there, or a few board games or toys but you get multiple seats so the storage adds up! So far it seems fairly easy to wipe clean. I have two cats and it shows their hair a lot and I have had to vacuum it often but it vacuums really well. My cats do scratch everything(sigh) so far it doesn't snag which is great because my old couch did, but it does leave like cat scratch grooves, I try to buff them out with pretty good success but they do still show a little. Still an improvement on actual snags. As for firmness, it is somewhat firm but I actually don't mind it and still find it quite comfortable for lounging. Hopefully the firmness keeps it from sagging for longer. I do take the pillow off completely as a like a deeper seat and I think the "back rest" which is really an arm rest is very comfortable to put your arm on. With the pillow on it does feel a little shallow. Not a deal breaker but definitely more shallow than without the pillow on. I bought two memory foam twin mattress pad toppers to make a king bed basically(I bought an extra ottoman so I'd have 9 total to make a proper bed.) and my guests thought it was awesome and they slept great. Not sure how they would have slept without some extra cushioning though. But I love the versatility of it being a couch and bed with just a few quick adjustments. The real shining star on this couch though has been the customer service. I'm not usually an overly needy customer but I did email the business multiple times about different things and they were very attentive and helped me out when other businesses probably would have said tough luck. I have already recommended this couch to some family members and I really love it. I would buy it again for sure.

I struggled with the idea of ordering such an expensive item over Amazon... especially since I couldn't try out the couch first myself. I sat on so many couches in furniture stores that just felt hard, and had pretty much resigned myself to the fact that any couch I would buy would feel that way, so I may as well get more bang for the buck. I'm thrilled to say that, while firm, this couch is far more comfortable than expected. Anyone who has tried it out has agreed. It was super easy for me (130lb female) to assemble on my own and comes with full sized screw drivers in each box. I was also worried about getting such a dark color in velvet. I have a cat and kids so I knew everything would show. Weirdly, the cats hair brushes right off. Any spots have cleaned up easily, and the fabric is so soft and comfortable. The backs being able to recline is such a nice feature for movies, and I haven't even begun to fill all the storage. Finally, a note on customer service: I accidentally submitted my old address when I checked out and didn't realize it until the couch had shipped (I was in the process of moving). I went through FedEx and paid to have all 8 packages delivered to the correct address. FedEx failed. They took my money and still delivered to the wrong address. I was able to pick the couch up myself (in many trips) but FedEx proved insanely difficult to get a refund. They first required me to wait 7-10 days. Then they required the shipper to contact them "for security purposes" despite the shipper having nothing to do with their error or the shipping fee. I reached out to Belffin customer service asking if they would be able to contact FedEx on my behalf. Not only did they say they would contact FedEx--they offered to just "refund" me the $$. To be clear...none of this mess was Belffins fault and the $ charged did not go to them. I'm thrilled with this entire process in regards to the company and the product.

My order came quickly and the couch is exactly as advertised. The upholstery feels nice, assembly was very easy with just one person, and the seats are comfortable. The way the seats attach is a good balance between stability and ease to change things up. The under seat storage is a nice addition.

Very nice couch, it is sleek and compact, ideal for smaller spaces but still comfortable. Being able to move it as needed but also securing with the provided hardware is great, very easy to use. The extra storage is a huge plus, we store blankets for snuggling on movie nights!

Very well built and straight forward to put together. Only thing is, they advertise this as a couch for sleeping and it’s not that comfortable to sleep in. Too firm. Also now I have screwdrivers for life! If you want something for sleeping get a 3 inch mattress topper or you’ll wake up feeling like someone kicked you in the ribs

We live in a college community and host several college students every Sunday. Unfortunately, our old living room furniture, though comfortable, did not provide enough seating for everyone. So we went shopping for new furniture that would be both practical and comfortable. At first we thought we wanted a sectional sofa; but when that search turned up modular furniture, we immediately knew this was right for us. The next step was to compare all manufacturers of modular furniture---including features and pricing. I looked locally as well, to see if any furniture stores around here carried modular furniture because my husband and I wanted to see it and sit on it before purchasing, but the only place where we found what we wanted was on Amazon. I am grateful for the free shipping. And the pieces being smaller than a traditional sofa made it easy for both the delivery driver and us. We settled on Belffin because the pieces seem to be the most versatile, if not the least expensive. Namely, the backs and side arms are interchangeable and positionable. No other manufacturer offered these features. The loose cushions have a slip cover that can be removed for washing, but all other upholstery is spot-treat only. That said, I waterproofed every piece when we first got it, and that has already paid off. I accidentally spilled my coffee on one of the seats. It so happened that I was doing some cleaning at the time and already had a large rag in my hand. I immediately wiped up the coffee, and it didn't leave the slightest mark! Dog hair doesn't stick to the fabric either. (Our dog is not allowed on the furniture, but he rubs up against it from time to time.) One issue we have had is with crumbs. Because of the nap of the velvet, it is somewhat difficult to simply brush crumbs off the furniture; but the vacuum makes quick work of that cleaning. We have had our Belffin furniture for about six months, and we still love it as much now as when it was new. The seats are firm but comfortable. We have rearranged the pieces several times, until we finally settled on an arrangement that works well for us. Some ottomans are attached, making a chaise lounge, while others are loose so they can be moved to suit the various needs of us and our guests. We purchased this 8-seat set plus one additional chair, and with this we can seat 8 people, even giving them space to put their feet up. We can potentially make 4 love seats with the pieces we purchased, though we have not yet arranged them that way. In addition to comfortable seating, my husband, daughter, and I can also testify that it is great for overnight sleeping. And the storage may well be my favorite feature of all! Every one of our seat cushions are filled with games, spare cushions, etc. I love the extra storage space, especially having our games and puzzles at hand. Finally, each cushion comes with a multi-tip magnetic screwdriver with a comfortable handle. We chuckled at how many identical screwdrivers we had when all was said and done, but I put them to good use, adding them to the Christmas gifts we gave to our family and college students. I look forward to many years of good service from our Belffin modular furniture.

Absolutely love this sofa! I’m not a fan of “firm” sofas, but this one is actually comfortable. It’s not *hard* - just supportive in the right kind of way. I’ve fallen asleep on it several times and as crazy as it sounds, it’s even more comfortable to sleep on than my sleep number bed on an adjustable base! The reclining feature is such a game-changer too, and it makes this sofa all the more functional for multiple occasions. I love how versatile it is, and the fabric is so incredibly soft, I can’t stop running my hands on it. The price was about half the cost here compared to the website and I think the pieces themselves are comparable to the Love Sac modular sofa we tried at the store in the mall, but at about 1/4 the cost. Overall, this sofa is a steal, and we plan to add on with more pieces to fully customize our setup. If I could offer a suggestion, it would be that they make the arm/backrest pieces with a built-in cup holder option.

We ordered the 8 seat sectional. Delivery came in 2 shipments, 6 boxes 1 day and 2 a couple days later. Easy to assemble, have a lifetime supply of screwdrivers now since each box came with one. Each box comes with the parts you need to assemble, and each box is the same. So once you do the first one the rest are like clockwork. If you arrange it like a rectangle, it's over 6 ft long and sits 2 adult wide very comfortably. Very large. Can't wait to reconfigure . Plenty of storage. And we went with the green velvet, nice and smooth. Only time will tell, but I have a feeling this couch will last awhile. And more family movie nights are to come.
