Delicious Gluten-Free Pancake Mix
We love this gluten-free pancake mix! With kids who have celiac, it’s sometimes tough to find good options at our local grocery stores, so we were happy to find this online. The pancakes come out fluffy and tasty, and everyone in the family enjoys them, even those who don’t need to eat gluten-free. Also works well when making waffles, muffins, etc. Highly recommend!

Great GF Pancakes
These Gluten Free Kodiak cakes taste great. I mix with egg and milk as suggested. This boosts the protein and the taste is wonderful. These cakes are nice and thin made this way which is the way we prefer pancakes.

Gluten Free Kodiak
This gluten free, high protein pancake/waffle mix is a hit with my family. The first time I used it, I had to use coconut milk for a dairy free diet. Turned out well, my husband said the waffles were not as heavy as the regular mix. I will continue to buy this product.

Tasty — could add almond flour
Can be dry. I add almond flour to directions. Good to have gf options. We eat them up and taste good.

Easy to make and yummy. In fact I think I am going to make them today! Fill your tummy! I am a texture person and have no texture issues! Definitely a great staple if you don't have your own recipe and great for having on hand even if you do. In my opinion this was money well spent!

Amazing mix to eat alone or with add-ins, from a picky pancake lady!
I LOVE this pancake mix. Great flavor, not grainy like the low-carb mix, and they stay together super well. You literally would not be able to tell that they are gf! The only other mix that competes for flavor and texture is the King Arthur gf pancake mix... but this mix ultimately wins every time because of the protein. I personally like to eat them with added egg because I like them to turn out a bit fluffier and toastier rather than cakey, thin, and moist. To each their own. I love to add bananas or chocolate chips, and lately I have been making pumpkin pancakes by adding pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin puree. They also do beautifully if you add buttermilk to them... buttermilk and eggs turn this mix into a decadent pancake that is better than any you'd get at a brunch restaurant. Can't rave enough. Bought 6 boxes like a month and a half ago if that tells you anything about how obsessed I am. 10 million/10 stars
