I love these skimmer socks! It’s quite shocking how much little debris it picks up. For the price it’s a no-brainer and they are so easy to takeoff and put a new one on literally within seconds and I love that. It helps keep my pump way more clean and when I backwash it’s always clear flowing water! I replace mine pretty frequently and do t mind bc they’re so reasonable!

So far so great! These socks work perfectly over my 8” skimmer basket and collect all of the fine debris that otherwise would get sucked into my main filter. Easy to rinse off with a hose and reuse many times over until they get too soiled. Wouldn’t leave these in unattended for a long period of time (e.g., while on vacation) as if the sock gets too clogged from debris, it could lead to the pump over working trying to pull in water. Wish I discovered these years ago!

These things are a great hackNot only do I use them on our pool filter but on our laundry discharge before it goes into our utility sink. With three dogs, it collects all the hair that’s discharged from the laundry and helps avoid any type of clog in the line. I’ve been using these for years and they work great. Whether it’s the laundry or on the pool, you just have to make sure that you monitor them and change them out before they get too loaded up. They work excellent and are much cheaper than using nylons.

These really help to keep the pump basket clean and running well.

These work great fits my above ground Hayward wide mouth skimmer basket perfectly catches everything from cottonwood fluff to June bugs.

Does exactly what they're supposed to do, filters out bugs and small debris. Easily stretches over our pool filter basket and has very fine mesh that should catch a lot.

Good quality, definitely helps my pool to be cleaner by trapping really small particles not picked by the filter.

These work great, and are a great price for the amount you get. I had a pool worker recommend them to help prevent extra gunk from going into your pump and filter. I have found that they do a great job keeping pollen and poplar seeds out of my pool, as well as helping filter out algae. I highly recommend them!

Used in Beachcomber hot tub. Much cheaper than the ones they sell. Works great. Seem a little thinner but seem to work just as well.
