25 Pack Instant Ice Packs for Injuries, Disposable First Aid Cold Packs

A chronic illness, girls’s best friend. I have these in my car in my purse in my closet tote bags, travel bags everything. Amazing for panic attacks heat intolerance, grounding, cooling down, injuries, illness, etc etc etc! I also feel like these outperform a lot of others in terms of how long it stays cold!

These instant ice packs stay cold for about 15 minutes. They are very handy to have in a first aid kit for quick emergencies or minor injuries, but they aren't great if you're trying to stay cool in all-day heat. Useful to have around for quick relief, just don't expect long-lasting cooling!

Bought these for our baseball games. Really nice to have when someone got hit by a ball.

The consistency is weird. One was super cold like an ice pack should be, then the next one was like I had taken it out of the freezer at least 20 minutes before and never fully got to the point of feel like ice. I get them for my heat sensitivity, when I get too hot, and need to cool down quickly, so it would be nice if they all got super cold like they're supposed to so I don't have to use more than one, but they're good. Nice size and fit in my bag well, not too heavy.

Pop super easy, great for travel and to have in hand for accident prone children! No issue with leaking & gets cold as soon as you pop the inside. Great price for the amount

Perfect for what we needed while traveling and staying in a hotel.

I expected the ice portion to be 6" x 4.5" since that is what I was buying the product for but it is more like 3"x 4. 5" where it's actually cold. Clearly others don't know quality instant ice packs I assumed based on reviews these would be equivalent to the instant ice packs I get at the hospital after a procedure. They are not. Pros: They are instant as stated and it gets cold (I wouldn't say ice cold). Cons: The don't get ice cold. They don't stay cold long enough to help lower body temp. In fact not sure what good they are for because even icing an injury typically you want 20 minutes ice on and 20 minutes off... These lasted for about 3 minutes before it started warming up from the original cold. Not effective for severe heat intolerance or to prevent overheating. Not effective for chronic injury icing. I missed the return window when I finally tried them and nearly blacked out relying on them to keep me cool.

Let’s start with the pros: It’s portable and easy to use. It gets really cold when you break the liquid balloon inside. It stays cold for about 10 minutes before it starts to just be cool. Cons: It only stays ice cold for 10 minutes. The balloon is a bit hard to pop. I don’t really notice any smell or anything. I’m using mine for anxiety and panic attacks. It helps to hold something cold. Since I’m in AZ and heat affects my anxiety, I’m hoping these help me have some relief. As for pain relief, I don’t think it stays cold long enough to do that. Tried one on a headache, and it’s not really helping. That’s after meds and lights off. These are just okay, but not worth it in my opinion. The price is high for no relief.

This ice pack gets extremely cold, and yet is still pliable. The soft fleece is an added plus. Great value too. Two thumbs up.

This is a great product really handy when you have a little one even for your self I take them on holiday I leave a couple in the car for hot days or any injuries but they are a good size last a couple of hours easy to use would recommended to anyone

Great quality for money great for clubs to purchase and give to their teams
