Hello, this hydraulic pump is rated for 120 amps.

The unit will extend the cylinder but will not retract the cylinder, and sounds like it's under pressure or deadheaded

most cylinders this works with a grvatiy feed down pressure

What is the max lift ton ?

I have used a similar unit (that I built) with the same specs. The weakness is not the pump but the electric motor. Fortunately they are VERY cheap ordered direct from manufacturer. I build farm load handling equipment and have used this on a 12 ton load. I would say that for this machine that should be a standard dead maximum weight and should not be done more than once every several minutes because of heat build up. There just isn’t proper fluid cooling or motor cooling for uninterrupted work.
