Great brand. Have used other vitamins before and more recently have been taking these since having my daughter and am still taking and breastfeeding at 16 months. Highly recommend.

Vitamin A levels NOT dangerous
I was recommended this by a nutritional specialist in fertility. Advised for pre pregnancy and pregnancy.Maybe coincidence but I conceived the month I started taking this! Can’t guarantee it was because of the tablets but definitely helped and hopefully will continue to do so throughout my pregnancy. In response to the previous review made in Jan 2020 claiming it’s harmful and disgusting due to Vitamin A content, this is not strictly correct. The World Health Organisation recommends avoiding Vit A in the form of retinol at a dose of 5000 iu (in developed countries) pre pregnancy and up to 10000 iu during pregnancy. This tablet has 2500 iu which is much less than both these recommended maximum levels. Also notably these tablets contain Vitamin A as beta carotene (not retinol) which has not been shown to cause adverse effects to the baby. Therefore it is absolutely safe from that perspective.(NB: I also happen to be a medical doctor but I have no affiliation to the company!)

Good stuff
I mistakenly ordered three bottles instead of one, but happy to say I am half way through my second bottle. It's a lot easier to continue each day, given that it's one/day and not like a tedious 3 times/day (being pregnant there is so much more to think about) 35 weeks pregnant and the baby is at optimal growth velocity, my bloods came back fine, haemoglobin levels healthy, everyone keeps on saying that I am glowing and energy levels are fine (still doing yoga three times a week) so I can't complain.
