For the money this pool cleaning robot does a better job than the dolphin I paid double for 5 years ago. Definitely worth it. Cleans great and ez to clean

We finally had to replace our previous Dolphin that we inherited with the house. This is fancier than what I intended to buy with the WiFi connectivity, but it was one of the cheaper ones that had a long enough cord for our pool. The difference between in both cleaning power and ease of emptying the bin is stark. It also is more intelligent, climbing walls the get edge cleaning and getting itself un-stuck from hazards in the pool. I can't say I would've replaced my old one sooner if I knew (because these things are expensive!), but I can say I feel pleased with what I got.

Awful !!!!! Advertised as a fine filter unit being able to pick up fine dirt and sediment… BULL !! All it does is stir dirt up and as soon as vac is pulled from pool everything settles to bottom of pool again.Also does not clean stairs or water line. Tried 2 times, same results . This will be the second Dolphin Nautilus vac I have returned in 2 years. DONE with Maytronics vacs. Hope other buyers have better luck than I have. Talk about false advertising. !!!

This little dude works its butt off, and for less than pricier models. For starters, it goes backwards and forwards, which our pricier Polaris didn’t do- more efficient. It climbs walls and tile WAY better than the Polaris- our Polaris wouldn’t EVER clean the tanning ledge or seats- this thing does! It’s a climbing and cleaning machine. Only two downsides as I see it and these aren’t deal breakers - it doesn’t run itself to the side to be pulled out- you have to gently drag it to the side. And when you pull it out and are waiting for the water to drain, it does dump a bit of what it collected back into the water- not a ton, but it happens. Again, not a big deal. Overall, we love this cleaner and are very glad we took a chance on it after our second Polaris showed up non-functional. This one costs less and does a great job!

The reason for only 4 stars is that is doesn’t last long. 4 stars because when it works it’s awesome! #1 purchased March 2017 for 718.97 not including tax. #2 purchased March 2022 for $879.00 not including tax and extended warranty purchase of $114.73 #3 purchased January 2025 $849.99 not including tax. $879.00 was on a gift card from the extended warranty. $740.44 including tax $951.52+$114.73 including tax and extended warranty $920.03 including tax Total spent on all three $2726.72 includes tax and the 1 extended warranty. $2726.72-$879.00 refunded from extended warranty Total out of pocket costs is $1847.72 This is my 3rd purchase of this same robot pool cleaner. The first one stopped working while under warranty. I sent it back, it was repaired and retuned to me. It lasted another 3 years before it stopped working again. It is not cost effective to send in for repairs that I have to pay for and is very heavy so also costly shipping fees. Now no longer under warranty I had to purchase a new one. This time I purchased the extended warranty offered by Amazon. This one my second purchase, lasted only 2 1/2 years before it stopped working just like the first one. I was able to use the money from the warranty I purchased to purchase my third one. I ordered a 3rd one and no longer had the option of purchasing the extended warranty. That is my main concern at this point. If this one gives out after the original warranty expires then I will no longer have any financial recourse. I would expect that a purchase of nearly $900.00 would last longer. . So now I have purchased three of the exact same cleaners in less than 9 years. I will see how long this one lasts. It works fantastic as long as it lasts. I have also recommended to many family members and friends whom have all had similar experiences with the robots they purchased no longer working.

This replaced my 11 year old Polaris pool vac. It does great and I hope it lasts as long as my previous one. This one does climb the walls better than the previous one and helps keep my weekly maintenance to a minimum.

This is a great pool robot!!
