Cute nostalgic game for my kids. So much fun just like when I was little.

I bought this Tamagotchi for my son, and he absolutely loves it! What a blast from the past I grew up playing with one myself, and it’s so special to see my child now enjoying the same classic toy. It’s fun, engaging, and teaches a bit of responsibility, which is great. However, one downside is that there's no way to pause the game. As a young child, my son sometimes forgets to take care of his Tamagotchi, and he gets really sad when it "leaves *_*" I wish there were an option to pause or put it on hold, especially for younger users who can’t monitor it all day. Pros: Nostalgic and fun Great for kids Encourages responsibility Cute and engaging gameplay Cons: No pause feature not ideal for younger children who can’t always keep up Overall, it’s a wonderful toy that brings back great memories and creates new ones. I would definitely purchase again!

90's kids rejoice! Our favorite little Tamagotchi's are back and they're just like you remember them! Now they just need to bring back Furby's from the 90's and we'll be set! I love having the nostalgia from my childhood. I remember these little Tamagotchi's from when I was a kid. They are very cute! They are also quite needy though, especially when they are a baby. The shell on this one is very cute! It's blue with flowers on it. The one I got is gen 2 which I am very happy about! Would I recommend? Yes! You will not be disappointed if you are a 90's kid- they are exactly what you're remembering, and it couldn't be more fun to have. The nostalgia though!

The Sakura Tamagotchi Original made my child very happy, and I was delighted to see that. Looking back at this 2025 purchase, the most important part for me is the pleasure it brought to my child and the happiness I felt in return. This review is for the Sakura version of the Original range. The different names and designs can make it helpful to identify exactly which Tamagotchi someone is reviewing. My comments are about our positive experience with this one. It was a choice that made my child happy, and that is what I most wanted from something purchased for them. I am very pleased with that result and feel that five stars reflects our experience.

I love my giga pet, and it’s growing nicely. I use to have one in high school… I can’t believe they’re still around. Maybe they should bring back the Nano baby as well.

not as needy as i remember! you can also mute the tamohatchi by holding down the A and C buttons when needed. it’s fun to have on you and for the value it’s a great digital simple pet. It’s exactly how i remembered tamagotchis being when i was younger except it not being backlit

Had no idea that tamagotchis were still being made. I absolutely love this thing it brings me back to being a kid. There's so many cases to choose from and the price is affordable.

I'm so happy about my Tamagotchi gen 1 Sakura that arrived in good condition safely and secure. It's just like the one I had many many years ago but not the same design. I'm super impressed with the delivery it arrived a week earlier. Thank you very much.

I just bought it to look at it and you're probably reading this review because you want to do the same. Very pretty little Tama. Can't comment on the game play because, as I said, I bought this pretty little Tama just to look at it. It's currently on display in my room. A+ would recommend you buy one to look at it too. Oh! I have read that if you do play it, don't feed it snacks until it's an adult or you greatly increase the chances of killing it and you may be arrested by the Tama police before you can even reset the device.

Good and original one

The Tamagotchi I got for my 6-year-old niece has been a huge hit! It's fun, easy for her to use, and teaches responsibility in a playful way. Highly recommended for young kids who love interactive toys!
