I got a sprain / injury on my posterior tibial tendon a few weeks before a big trip where I had significant walking. Within the first day, I was struggling to walk due to the pain caused by my PTT. I popped these insoles in, and I was able to clock in 15,000 to 20,000 each day without any major pain to my PTT -- literally saved my vacation. My feet were sore and tired after walking that much, but my PTT was holding up! Amazing insoles if you don't have the correct shoes to help with your feet issues.

I likem! These are not those little flat soft things you sometimes get. They actually support the arch, you feel it. Happy to have these. You can adjust fit if needed with scissors. You can even heat them to adjust anything so it fits to your foot needs.

I've been wearing these for over a year now and they really help from flaring up plantar fasciitis. I use them in my daily walkers and pickleball shoes. The arch support is great and I feel more stable in my shoes with them. They are not the cheapest inserts but definitely worth the cost.

Late last year, I started walking around the neighborhood each night, trying to stay a little more active now that I've lost a lot of weight. Unfortunately, while wearing my (only pair of) shoes, I noticed that the arch in my left foot would hurt painfully if I tried to really walk briskly. My shoes were offering zero arch support and on investigation I realized I had worn almost completely through the insoles. Since the exterior of my shoes were in great condition, I decided to get these based on the reviews here and elsewhere. Right off the bad, they were extremely painful to wear. Whether that was due to years of my feet/legs being in a weird position due to the old flat insoles, or something else, I don't know. But after two weeks (the recommended break-in time) plus a trip through the oven, I was seriously considering giving up on them. I'm glad I didn't, though. After just a few more weeks of light use, I did finally get accustomed to them and now my feet and muscles don't hurt at all when doing my walking or going to the store. The difference between my old insoles and these is night and day. These offer good cushioning for the heel and more arch support than I've ever had. (Sadly, my left foot's arch still hurts if I try to walk too briskly, but this insole has reduced the recurrence of the pain a little bit.) Just walking around the grocery store or a park, they are quite comfortable. Although these seem to be geared towards the athletic end of the human scale, I think they'd be fine for people work work standing up all day, too. If there's anything to complain about — besides the long break-in period, that is — it's that the procedure to form them to your feet by heating them in the oven doesn't seem to really do anything. I followed the directions, but the little dot never changed color. After the time limit, I wore them as instructed but never did notice any real change in fit or comfort. If there's a change to be had by doing this, it seems to be very minor. Overall, I'm happy with them, and I hope that they last a while considering how much more expensive they were than off-the-shelf insoles you find at your local big box retailer.

Great for running shoes for people w flat feet. Much firmer than SuperFeet. Fantastic value for the money- 80% as effective as custom orthotics for 20% the price.

FANTASTIC for massaging plantar ligaments, has cut my foot pain 75% in a week. Cushions every step. Use their measurements chart ( I went smaller). Family uses it, said theirs have lasted for years. Helping healing after 6 months of heel pain(not a bruised heel).

Did not work for me. I only tried these because they claimed to mold to your foot after warming in the oven. I noticed no difference after multiple attempts at heating. Out of the box they hurt my feet to wear, and no improvement with the oven method. Complete waste of money. Unwearable and can’t be returned. Zero stars because the oven method, which was a selling point for me, had absolutely no impact on the fit of the insole.

Been using Sole for years in my work boots (the blue footbeds that are a bit thicker). Just bought these red ones because my the cheap default footbeds in my running shoes were giving me backpain. Backpain gone. Love Sole!

I was recommended these a few years back by a friend in the Royal Marines. I'm now on my 4th set as I get through walking boots at a rate of about a pair every 18 months or so (some serious hiking!). Very highly recommended, they give excellent support to the whole foot and allow me to walk all day with no issues from my feet. By far the best insoles on the market and the first thing I fit when I get a new pair of hiking boots - chuck out the factory fitted insoles and insert a pair of these, you won't regret it!

Okay, I didn’t think I’d ever care this much about insoles, but the SOLE Active Medium insoles are honestly a game-changer. I got them because I’ve been dealing with some serious foot pain (thanks, plantar fasciitis), and these things have made such a huge difference. First of all, the support is insane. They mold to your feet after just a couple of wears, and it’s like they were custom-made for me. I didn’t even realize how much I needed proper arch support until I started using these. My feet used to feel wrecked after long days of walking around campus or standing at work, but now the pain is basically gone. Like, how did I live without these before? What I love most is that they’re not bulky or uncomfortable. I’ve tried other insoles that felt weird or didn’t fit right in my shoes, but these slide in perfectly. If you’re on your feet a lot or struggling with foot pain, do yourself a favor and get these. Seriously, they’ve made walking and standing so much more comfortable, and I don’t dread long days anymore. I even wear them in my workout shoes, and they’ve been great for that too. I honestly can’t recommend them enough—they’ve saved my feet.

The product summary lists the shoe size as men or women. with no further size guide information. I chose the women's size for my wife. When it came the packaging showed the real UK size and EU size next to the women's size shown in the advert - the UK size was 3 sizes smaller than the advertised size. I still have no idea what this advertised size refers to. Worst of all, I discover that this product is ineligible for returns, so I'm stuck with a shoe insole useless to anyone in my family.

Poor service. Bought wrong size wanted a replacement. Gave up trying to make it happen. I have these sole in another pair of boots and love them. So it not the soles I have an issue with, it's the seller that's the big problem.

Really help with plantar fasciitis problems. So I can keep walking
