The iron rich water is kind on your stomach & has fewer unpleasant side effects often associated with iron supplements such as stomach irritation & constipation. I have been using these sachets for years. As a vegetarian I struggled to get enough iron in my diet & would regularly be given tablets by the doctor. These natural iron supplements do their job and really help with iron levels. The only downside is the taste, which isn’t very pleasant. I found that mixing it with apple juice made it much easier to take, and it worked perfectly. Overall, effective and worth trying if you don’t mind masking the flavor.

Great!! I like that it’s a natural product, actually dedicated to promoting good health. Taste isn’t half as bad as i’d imagined after reading comments. Iron tang subsides really quickly, even when had first thing as recommended. Am in my third trimester and borderline anaemic (15 µg/L) , doctors gave me liquid iron but it has about 15 E numbers in and tastes like chocolate blood syrup - was immediately unwell and not at all impressed with ingredients so didn’t take it again. This isn’t incredibly high iron and I don’t have much time to get my levels up, so will take this alongside Solgar gentle capsules and update upon next bloods :)

I like its consistency which is not unpleasant to the mouth. The smell, like any other liquid iron supplement, can be a bit noticeable in the beginning but you can get used to it. With that smell, the taste is not too bad. I believe it somehow helps with my serum iron level to stay on an acceptable level so I’m happy with it overall.

The taste isn't the worse it has an apple taste with a little metallic aftertaste, as someone that's not a fan of apple it is drinkable for the benefit.
