ECCO Men's Birmingham Slip-on

Fits perfect. A very comfortable shoe - I would highly recommend recommend this product. Very well made and has a classic style.

Me and my wife have been wearing Ecco shoes since 2004 and preferred them over anything else. Buyin was easy and even try-on was not mandatory - I just bought my size of the shoes/boots I liked and I new they would fit perfectly.Not this time. It's not too big or too large - but fingers are getting squeezed when walking, and heels are chafed.Alas, nowadays major currencies depreciate fast, so all manufacturers are reducing quality to maintain the prices on the same or similar level. This is the first Ecco I have that is made in China, and it looks and feels as a cheap Clarks model.UPDATEWell, after 3 weeks they feel more comfortable, and I'm not that disappointed by the purchase.

These shoes are cheaply made and you can tell instantly. As soon as you take one step, it feels like the heel slips out of the shoe, but the front flap is to tight. I could see sock marks on my foot within minutes. This will be the last two pairs of shoes I bought online. Amazon.com is good, but not for everything. If I could return the shoes after wearing both pairs for two days, I would consider it a special bonus and may revised my opinion about buying shoes online.

These were good and fit as expected. They are rubber bottom shoes (I prefer leather) but work well and look nice.

Love ecco shoes and these are comfortable. They sent an extra wide pair. Wasn't labeled such on the box, but said extra wide on the footbed. Ended up being too big and of course now they are out of stock. Very disappointed

ECCO brand shoes were recommended by a podiatrist I consulted for a painful heel problem. The shoe I bought, a Birmingham Loafer, is undoubtedly the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn and appears to be of extremely high quality, both labor and leather. After reading all the reviews suggesting that this pair consistently runs large -- I ordered a size 44 (although I am a size 45)... the show fit tight (like a 44 would)... The fit became easier when I took away the insole... which is what I will land up doing -- but a silly experience none the less.

I have worn German made ECCO shoes but thes were made in China and uncomfortably small for the size, I returned them. I will stay away from this brand.
