Fits snugly over a .16-guage shotgun. The material contains anti-rust properties. You rub down the gun with a high-quality gun oil, wipe it and then slip the gun into the sock. There's a drawstring at the top. Fits up to 52 inches. It does not fit a scope, but it's not designed to fit a scope. The material appears durable. For $14 I can think of few other ways to protect a precious shotgun from moisture and dust. It will also fit into a standard flexible shotgun carry case. Overall, a solid product from Browning.

Quality gun sock.
This is a quality Browning branded gun sock. Works well to protect the finish of my Citori Crossover Target shotgun while in the gun safe.

Great value and protects your firearms
Bought for an over and under citori 725. Fits with room to spare. Helps protect gun from minor scratches and keeps gun much safer then using only a case. Like the fact it helps on the moisture prevention too. Good value for the money. I would recommend this item for all your guns in your safe.

Loose fit on rifles and is expected to help deter rust
I've never used a product like this before to know how well it works in the long run, but it seems to fit a standard sized rifle fine. The material stretches an appreciable amount and is plenty long. It's obviously impregnated with some type of product presumably to help deter rust. Although I typically wear cloth gloves when handling my rifles for inspection so as not to unnecessarily transfer body oils to the metal. The gloves are white and I'm surprised with how much soiling the gloves display after handling the guns. They appear to be clean but I guess there is more oils on the guns than is apparent.

Great Gun Sock for your Browning
Really enjoy my new Gun Sock. We will see how it does with preventing rust but the fit is great. I currently have it on a 28" Browning Citori 725 12 gauge over under. She looks real good. Really glad I bought it.
