2 Pack Root Cover Up and Touch Up Powder - Conceals Grays, Thinning Hair, Hairline, Beard Line, Eyebrow, Instantly - Dark Grey

I do volunteer hair at a couple local nursing homes & bought this in gray. I had applied it with the sponge that’s located under the jar because it was such a large area I needed to fill. I had already started filling it in on the front of her head when she said “you should have taken a before picture”., so I stopped applying to take the pic. The patient, activities director, other patients, other volunteers, & myself were AMAZED at how well it worked! I took a couple pics & sent them to the activities director to send to the patients daughter as she requested along with the link to this product. I ended using about 1/2 of a jar & this is a 2pk I ordered for $9.99 so it comes out to $2.50 per application but I literally covered 3/4 of her entire head with it! I went back to the nursing home 5 days later & ran into her again & her hair looked exactly the same! She said the only thing was that if she touched her scalp., her fingertips would be gray but that it was so worth it (that’s the clients feedback)! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I have tried numerous colors and brands to hide my scalp/roots on my light red, not quite strawberry blonde hair. This one seems to work. It's not too red and not too brown and blends everything in quite nicely. I have a full blown grey streak in the middle of my head in a pale red scalp splotch which my dermo says is probably a birthmark and still brown roots mixed with gray around it. This covers and blends all of it pretty well.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the color selections available. It does the trick, but it is too warm of a red. It is the only red I could find, and I cannot use a brunette. I actually found a plum brown eyeshadow that I can use underneath this and it tones down the harshness of the red well. I do not have to wash my hair daily, and the application usually lasts the 2-3 days in between shampoos. That is a plus. The brush that is included is insufficient, but I had another brush that works just fine. If you use the brush it includes and your scalp/roots show profoundly, you will be there a long time.

Covers my grays pretty well until I have time to color my hair. I loved that this was a 2 pack, so I can leave one at home and carry one in my purse for quick touch ups.

This is my second time to purchase from this brand. I have a deep red brown hair color and this is a perfect match. Goes on fast and stays on until I wash my hair. My boyfriend says he can’t even tell. Perfect to get you through until you are able to get your roots done again.❣️

Blends and softens at the temples and all over. Used Dark blonde on golden blonde hair with a tad of root. The temples always split and this disguises the bright shiny scalp, so i can pull my hair halfway up or ponytail. Have tried hair fibers and this is much better. It was inexpensive but i would have paid more for these results!

This was a disappointing purchase. The powder goes on very orangey red and the applicator brush is very small with thin bristles that make applying it difficult. I was hoping this would work better than the spray root touch ups that leave your scalp orange but, it’s not.
