UGREEN USB C Docking Station Dual Monitor 4K@60Hz, 6-in-1 Dock with 2xHDMI

Update: So the warranty was slow... but we are so use to getting everything done right away. I reach out about my issue and they acknowledge that sadly it was a faulty item that I received. They did a HUMAN customer support.. nowdays I value that more than anything else and they did help me with the issue. Buying directly from their website still my best recommendation. So it does the job. But it's not a product meant for everyday use at a workstation. Initially I though my peripherals were failing, But then I realized that it was the hub itself. Call me old school... but I want a product that last more than 1 year. I added images where you can see that the peripheral work in 1 port, and not in the other because it already gave up. So if this is just a regular use in home.. might be fine. But If u use your computer ~8 hrs a day to work, this will not work for u... unless you just want it for one year. The warranty is better buying the product directly from their website. To claim the 24 month warranty thru amazon is slow. I don't really know if they will honor it.

I have been using this for a year now as a docking station for my mack when I'm at my desk. I have a microphone, mouse, 1080p monitor, usually a phone all plugged into this. They all run very well. The metal is a good finish and holds it's temperature very well. It is a little large, but you have so much, so I think it's better as a docking station rather than a portable dongle, but it could be moved around. It is definitely worth the price you are paying. There is no set up to get it working well.

Excelente quality, fast, essy connection

I needed a USB-C hub that allowed me to get 4K @ 60Hz+ on two monitors connected to it at once. Since the options for that seem to be few and far between (most ran at 30Hz on at least one port), I was happy to see this hub offer 4K @ 60Hz on two monitors for compatible devices. Well, my LG Gram works fine with this scenario, and can confirm that this hub did indeed give me a stable 4K @ 60Hz signal on two monitors at once for entire days without any issues. And the price wasn't too bad either. I also like the other ports and connectivity options. Nice value.

Update 4/27: suspecting a faulty unit I received a replacement from Amazon. And it confirmed the fact that this 6-in-1 hub does not support dual 4k monitors (unless, of course, both hubs have the same issue.) I am returning both useless (for my needs) units. 4/24: This 6-in1 hub does not support the advertised dual HDMI 4k video output. One port does support 4k while the other port does not go above 1920x1200. I know the second port is the issue because when I swap the HDMI connections on the hub the problem shows up on the other (twin) monitor. I tried adjusting the resolution on the laptop and monitors to no avail. I have a Dell Latitude 5420, Thunderbolt 4, i5 11th gen running Windows 11 64 bit with the latest Windows and Dell updates. My twin displays are Dell S3221QS 4K. I am using 4k cables that came with the monitors. And the hub is powered by a 120 w source.

I use this to connect my two monitor. I will have intermittent flicker . not very often stilll ok to use but I'm pretty sure it's the issue of the adaptor. Because I directly connect my monitor with my laptop it never happened.

I've tried three other docking stations (most costing twice as much) and this is the only one that actually works as it's supposed to. It's an incredible value at only $29. Other devices would only push 4k at 60hz on one display and 30hz on the other even though claiming the ability to provide dual 4k 60hz hdmi. One device was laggy to initiate signal, would show 60hz on the display settings but created noticeable mouse lag like 30hz, and eventually just stopped working altogether. This one so far has none of those issues. Very pleased with this docking station from UGreen.

Fantactic for the HP laptop. Allows me to connect everything even when I am traveling or in a remote office.

Work just fine. No heat.

The product works as advertised and for the price, I get what I need for my Windows laptop. Ugreen is ahead of all competition with this line of products. Solid 5/5.
