Defective product
Pethatic product. Product is not working. I have asking for replacement or refund absolutely no assistance. My money is wasted. No assistance or support regarding the same . I want a working product not a defective one .

Replacement of a new piece in place of a malfunctioning product was a surprise.
Purchased it a few months ago. It worked for some time before malfunctioning. I wrote to the service company appointed by the AGARO for either repair or replacement. They replaced a new one and the process of it was breeze. I did not expect a replacement as many companies not following that ethic has become the norm. I am happy with the replacement. It is working fine. Thanks Agaro and the designated company to do the needful.

I have been using multiple Agaro appliances for the past 3 to 4 years without a single issue. Good and sturdy quality. Understand that one option is continuous press only. All others are press and release. Gives a very smooth soup

Don’t buy this, it doesn’t work. Many people report the same. The only program that works in blend? And even then it’s not automatic you have to keep your finger on the start button to blend it’s a joke
